Natural Clinic Istanbul 

I travelled from London to Turkey trusting Natural Clinic with my dental treatment. Nine months later, my treatment is still not complete, my health has deteriorated, and I deeply regret my decision.

My treatment plan was changed without any proper explanation. I was supposed to return after my lower gum graft had healed to have my final crown fitted. Instead, I was told to wait another three months so both procedures could be done together. This left me without my final crown for months, causing extreme sensitivity and making it very difficult to eat and clean the area.

I travelled to Turkey multiple times. One temporary tooth fell off after just three days. I travelled back again for another temporary tooth, which also came off within weeks.

On my most recent visit, I repeatedly asked for the measurements for my temporary tooth to be taken before my gum graft because I was concerned it would not be possible afterwards. I was assured by my coordinator that the doctor had confirmed it could be done after surgery. However, when the doctor arrived, he immediately said it was not possible and that it should have been done beforehand. I spent the entire day at the clinic and was eventually sent back to the UK without a temporary tooth, after being promised it would be sent to my home.

Since 4 July, I have repeatedly been promised that my temporary tooth would be dispatched. As of today, I still have not received it or any tracking number. I even contacted DHL myself, and they confirmed there was no parcel under my name or address. I was later asked to confirm my address again.

Because I trusted these promises, I lost money on a UK dental appointment, have been left unable to eat properly, have lost 6 kg, and suffered painful complications after my gum graft while trying to get help from another country.

As an international patient who paid thousands of pounds and travelled to Turkey several times, I expected professional care, clear communication and proper aftercare. Instead, I have experienced repeated delays, conflicting information, financial losses and treatment that remains incomplete.

I am asking the owners or senior management of Natural Clinic to contact me urgently. This is no longer just a customer service issue—it is affecting my health. I need my treatment completed properly and an explanation for what has happened.

Update: It has now been over three months, and despite repeatedly requesting to speak with a manager, the Director, or the treating doctor, this has still not happened. I even requested this publicly in my previous review, but I have still not received the promised contact. Because my symptoms continued, I sought an independent dental assessment and am now awaiting the written report. Six months later, I am still waiting to speak with a manager or my treating dentist despite repeated promises. I have had to pay for independent dental treatment in Romania, including treatment for my inflamed gums. The independent dentist also confirmed that the temporary crown sent by the clinic cannot be used and needs to be remade.

worst experience in hair transplant, i had fungus and they transplanted grafts on top of that , which penetrated inside the scalp.. every seconds i am dying with irritation. clinic is useless , now i have filed a lawsuit against them
one more thing , against the law they let technicians perform the hair transplant totally,

Animals that's what I call them they said set price then shaved all my teeth & said it cost more the would not finish my teeth unless I got the money from a freind i was crying begging them for my teeth they said not until I pay up an extra €800 now months later im still taking pain killers & theres no after care I wouldn't send a dog there

I still not like that service in turkey is made be so terrible first expand the money to do the crown for my teeth’s after to go to fix is terrible I need to paid for hotel and fight and take off my first times do that crown for my teeth’s made other fake teeth’s but also broke it and Told me is my fault made me more piss every times just say is not thru fault and ask me to go back there foolish me is not good enough service they should be know what happened they can expect all happened with my teeth’s not when some wrong just say don’t have replacement for my teeth’s and paid for the teeth’s is my bad bad experience for that is so terrible experience for me I can’t forget. I have read other reviews and my hair transplant was also done by lab staff, no doctor ever came , I had so much blood loss that my hb level falls , this clinic is quantity over quality. Management is of zero help

i had done hair transplant from them, they left the hairline , i was operated by someone who was not a doctor but lab attendant , which was criminal . i had fungus infection on scalp and they transplanted on that . i have filed a lawsuit against them,

I originally gave the clinic a good review but being 6 months post op I’ve completely changed my mind. I came from the uk and having my surgery abroad was the biggest mistake. I had breast implants under the muscle and 6 months on I’m still in pain and one implant is stuck higher. I have had little contact from the clinic since getting back to the uk. I had to threaten for a refund and to take thing further just to get a call with my surgeon to discuss my problems. I had an infection after surgery that had to be treated in the uk. I am now having to pay out for revision surgery back home, I had no consultation with the surgeon before my surgery and was seen by a nurse and a translator, I did not get to see the innate before hand nor did I get the choice in size of the implants. I felt very much like cattle being hearded … one in one out! I’ve had continuous pain for months to just be told “do massage”, no follow ups, no check ins nothing! As I said until having to threaten to take thing further after weeks of asking for a follow up I finally got a call to be told I’d be given more details in a few days… two weeks later I’m still waiting. After meeting with a uk surgeon I can not believe how foolish I was to go ahead in turkey. I didn’t get told any risks or information before hand. Half the nurses who’s number I have been given have ignored my messages. My left breast is noticeably higher than my right and my nipple position is off to one side. I heart broken with the results I have. I feel totally botched and conned if I’m being honest. If you are from the uk and thinking about going here I wouldn’t recommend it as you will be paying it all again for revision when back home! Very disappointed in the after care I have received. I also got told o would be given a suit next to the hospital and when I arrived I was sent to a different hotel with a tiny box room 15 mins away from the clinic … it was only because I threatened to go home with half hour of being there that they eventually gave me a suit that I was promised. I wish I had listened to my gut and flew straight home. This is me being totally honest and I was very optimistic and thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt… honestly do not go here from breast implants just pay the extra and have it done in the uk! You will only end up spending double. I will be looking into a refund

My coordinator Mike has been absolutely fabulous from the start to finish, I had a tummy tuck. He explained everything in good detail and was very re assuring me throughout and stayed in contact everyday I have been here staying at the most beautiful hotel, the staff and everyone are really amazing and you don’t go without, really looked after. The drivers who pick you up from the hotel to the clinic are amazing very considerate. The staff at the clinic are all beautiful angels who went above and beyond. The surgeon who did my procedure was the best, really was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for one better I am beyond proud and excited of my results, I can’t believe it’s real. I feel I’m living in a dream. Everyone at Natural Clinic are amazing. Everything was spot on and I am so thankful I chose this company to have my cosmetic surgery done. I would highly recommend anyone considering Natural Clinic.. a huge thank you and appreciation to everyone involved

I had a hair transplant at Natural Clinic in Istanbul one year ago. Before the procedure, they showed me many impressive before-and-after photos and assured me that, since I was not completely bald and only had thinning hair, I would achieve a very full and natural result.

Immediately after the procedure, I noticed that the number of grafts transplanted seemed very low. When I raised my concerns, I was told that it was more than enough and that I would definitely get the result I wanted.

Over the following months, I sent photos several times to show the progress. Each time, after long delays, I received the same response: it was still too early and I needed to wait longer. Now, one full year later, I have sent new photos and videos, but I no longer receive any response at all. My messages are being read, yet neither the clinic nor my contact person makes any effort to reply or address my concerns.

I am extremely disappointed with both the final result and the lack of customer support. The communication has been poor, the promises were not fulfilled, and my complaint is simply being ignored. I cannot recommend this clinic.

I was well attended to. Lina did a very great job, she put me through and it was exactly what I saw. Excellent service, good hotel accommodation and overall great team.

At first, on WhatsApp, I said what I wanted and they told me that if they made me pay for a link before talking to the doctor only photos and the day the breast augmentation was when I saw the doctor and they told me that you had to put less than I already had, which was 450 I had and they put 400 when they had told me that it was possible before paying. He say he cant put more sizeb They put 400 them on me and I was ugly at night so much pain and told me that they had already put the medication told me told them that I had to buy but I never saw that in any climate. I went to another clinic to solve the problem that same week and if they could make me 650cc, the care was great, the nurses and doctor was great, attentive, he was very concerned about me, nothing to do with Natural Clinic's, they would make beautiful teeth, but they have no idea of operating on my chest. I don't recommend it at all, I've had to pay double because of the doctor Emre gonene Baygol

I had my hair transplant at this clinic in January 2025 and honestly im very dissapointed with the result.

My hairline is uneven, the density is poor and the transplanted hair still doesnt look natural. The donor area did not heal properly and I still have irritation and numbness on my scalp.

I went back to Istanbul in March 2026 hoping they would fix the issues under the guarantee they originally gave me, but instead I was asked to pay another €1200.

I sent emails and tried to resolve the situation directly with the clinic but never got a proper solution.

I wish I could upload some photos in here, Very dissapointing experience overall and I would not recommend this clinic at all.

I'm truly happy with the result, but above all, I was very fortunate to have MARCO ESPOSITO as my consultant. He was always available from start to finish, answering any questions with professionalism and maximum transparency. And lastly, I would definitely recommend NATURAL CLINIC.

Now I can start smiling too! 😃

Absolutely rubbish clinic scammer and

I wanted to leave a review about the amazing experience I’ve had so far with Natural Clinic in Istanbul.

I was guided through this process by an amazing surgical consultant, Mark Cameron, and from the very first conversation he’s been incredibly clear, informative, supportive, and reassuring.

What really stands out is how clear, informative, supportive, and reassuring he has been. Nothing ever feels rushed or confusing — he takes the time to explain things thoroughly and to ensure there is full clarity about each step of the process. It also helps that communication before travel has been very consistent, which really reduces any anxiety when arranging something like this internationally.

They also provided a lot of information about the surgical process, recovery time, and what to expect throughout the whole journey, which made everything feel very well explained from the start.

The coordination has also been excellent in terms of logistics, including airport pickup, hotel arrangements, and transfers, which makes the whole process feel very well organised from the start.

Communication has been highly responsive over WhatsApp and messaging, and he’s always easy to reach if anything comes up. From the first contact through to ongoing coordination, I’ve felt supported throughout the journey.

There’s a real sense of professionalism combined with friendliness from the team, and everything feels very structured while still personal. It’s made me feel comfortable, safe, and looked after throughout the process.

Overall, I feel well looked after already, and I’m genuinely looking forward to going out there in the fall and continuing the journey with a team that feels this organized and supportive.

My experience at the Natural Clinic was incredible from start to finish. Having never travelled to Istanbul, I was anxious about doing so for a procedure. Nora and her team put all my fears at ease. travelled internationally to Natural Clinic Turkey for a thread lift after being quoted €1000 repeatedly over a long period.

Once I arrived, the price suddenly changed to €1800, then was “discounted” to €1500 — while the clinic itself was advertising €1250 for threads on screens inside the clinic. At that point, having already travelled, it felt like I was being cornered into paying more. Clear bait and switch.

After the procedure, I was given minimal aftercare and specifically told not to worry about a facial corset. Only after I had left Turkey was I told I must wear one for 10 days. By then, I was in another country and unable to source one. This should have been clearly communicated and provided at the clinic.

A thread then came loose and started protruding from my skin. It became infected. I contacted the clinic immediately, sent photos, and asked for urgent advice. I was ignored for a week while dealing with an active complication.

When I finally did get a response, it was from a consultant, not a doctor, who told me to leave the thread in and that it would be “fine.” I later had to have it surgically removed in Indonesia, and the doctor there told me that leaving it in could have led to a much more serious outcome.

Weeks later, the doctor finally contacted me and apologised for not providing proper aftercare instructions. By that point, the damage had already been done.

I asked for compensation or at least a partial refund given what had happened. Instead of addressing this properly, I was placed into a WhatsApp group with around ten people. Not one of them responded to my requests. I was completely ignored.

After well over another month, they informed me they would not be offering any refund at all.

I was treated with utter contempt throughout this process.

I am now left with an uneven result due to an inconsistent number of threads, on top of the stress, additional medical costs, and risk I was exposed to.

If anyone else has had similar experiences with this clinic and is interested in pursuing a class action or making formal complaints to the Turkish Ministry of Health, please reach out.

Do not gamble with your health.

This clinic is incredibly unprofessional.
