Do NOT buy from this company. You will be sent a bottle written only in Bulgarian, no idea what it contains.

Company is dormant.
Do not purchase anything from their online platform as you won't receive the products. Their contact page is not designed to work so it will loop forever when you send the msg. No other way to contact. This runs illegally and steal money from you. The director has opened a new business this year with similar problems. I tried to ring and get around to contact but no chance. Reported on multiple platform and someone will deal with it soon.
Before you buy from new websites check reviews and other pages from different sources so you do not get in the same spot.Lesson learnt.

I had a very positive experience with Natural Herbs Market. The website was easy to navigate, the ordering process was straightforward, and my products arrived well packaged and in good condition. The range of natural supplements and health products is impressive, and the prices are competitive. I also appreciated the clear product descriptions, which made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Overall, a reliable online store with good customer service and quality products. I would happily order from them again.

Have received my order well packed with little delays as described as was sent from Bulgaria.

I don't recommend buying from this website. They take your money but don't send the products. Please all, try to find different alternatives if you care about your money !

I ordered 15 days ago and the shipping is supposed to be in 2/12 days and I messaged the site and no one is responding. I feel like it's a fake site. I. I paid a large amount and I don't think my order will arrive or that the money will be returned.

It took about 25 days (probably due to a standard shipment to my country - Bosnia and Herzegovina), but I got my $70 package. There was a lack of communication, but thanks anyway!

I placed an order with this company, paid in full, and never received the product. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no clear response or resolution. They completely ignored my request for a refund.

This company appears to be scamming people by taking money and not delivering the promised products. I urge others to avoid doing business with them.

Ordered the product in Feb. 2025. They told me it has been dispatched and arrived between 2-15 days.
It is now March and I have received nothing. No responses, no emails.

Scam Scam Scam. I placed my order mid Nov and since then, nothing, no communication whatsoever. I have claimed the payment with my bank. Simply do not use them. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered, paid and got confirmation that my order was being processed. 2 months later and I have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Don’t order from here as you will not get your order. Scam!

It`s so sad I didn`t read feedbacks before((. I placed my order 24/08/24 and I see no reaction . the order is in processing. I wrote to support center- no answer. I think I wont receive anything for my 41 USD((

I got my parcel with the order. I was kindly surprised.

Placed two orders on 07.07.24 and 05.07.24. The first order took 5 days to be acknowledged (confirmed via email) and arrived 11 days after it was placed. The second ordered was not confirmed at all and just arrived in 5 days. Can’t complain about the length of delivery since the company is based in Bulgaria but means of communication could be improved by creating an automatic order confirmation email and a dispatch email with tracking information so that the customer doesn’t have to worry if they’ve been scammed.

The quality of product is good.

I bought a product from this company, I did not receive it, I wrote many times, they do not answer, you do not shop from this site, they are fraudsters, I will report them everywhere.

Waitied 1.5 months for the product to arrive. Nothing arrived & no reply to emails. Scamming company! Dont order unless you want to lose money!

I ordered 2 products from their site, but even after 2 months I have not received the shipment or notification. I have sent many emails, but no one deigns to answer. I think it is a scam costing me £119.10. Do not fall for their offers.

I first wrote this review based on silence from the seller and belief that I'd been scammed. Now, a few days later, I have received an email saying that my products have been dispatched. Until they arrive and are confirmed to be legit, I'll leave this at 3* and an uncertain conclusion. I sincerely hope that I can make a further update with a happy ending.

I spent £97.44 on 3 bottles of Natures Way Thymulus
with this company, I paid for them on the 15/11/23 I have left numerous emails unfortunately they have not replied to any of them & conveniently there is no phone number to contact them. I ordered these because I have cancer & these really help when I am having chemo as they help with the immune system. Don't order from this scam website!!!
