No honour of native Union lifetime warranty…

Bought a native Union lifetime warranty cable. Bought in august 2024.
The cable stopped charging in Nov 2025.
I registered the lifetime warrant in Aug when I bought it. Got verification email of warranty. Then I needed to claim.
Was asked to give details of problem.
Asked to take a video of me plugging cable into wall and into open phone to show not working.
Asked if I had tried other outlets/ other phones. Asked to show no dirt or residue in images of cable.
Pictures of warranty email. Receipt. It was quite a journey. Then to be told after all this that I was not covered because I bought them from eBay. Brand new from a reputable supplier. Was not told at time of purchase and not told this when I registered the purchase with native union to receive my warranty activation at time of purchase.
Totally backtracked when I needed help. If they activated the warranty with all the relevant details then it should be honoured. Stay clear of them. Complete run around.
I would give no stars. Disgraceful behaviour

Faulty product and no help on returns

Faulty product and no help on returns. Tried buying direct and it was a shambles. Tried buying on Amazon and having paid more than 100% more than a comparable product (with more battery) expected a premium result. Stupidly I didn’t keep the box and recycling collected a day later. Absolute travesty of customer service when trying to get a refund confirmed without the box passing the buck in my view.

Would 110% not recommend and this from a previous happy customer of theirs

iPhone 16 pro case

iPhone 16 pro case. Sent a poor quality, cheap product, no where near good enough for the £50 the price point (it said £3 value on the tax declaration when drop shipped from shenzen). Clear quality issues around the camera bump in terms of bubbling.

After waiting 14 days for the max 10 day deliver (4 days!!) it arrived.

I complained asking for a refund. Having to share many pictures and then ship the item back. They tried twice to charge me not only to return the item at my cost, but not cover original shipping, in spite this being illegal under U.K. distance selling laws.

All in, a poor quality group with very poor customer service. Their competition like Bellroy are so much better.

Their guarantee is worthless! Broken products and no refunds.

I've bought two of these (very expensive) cables and chargers. Both of them broke after about a year. They claim to have a lifetime guarantee so I registered them both with the company. When it came time to take them up on their guarantee they won't do it unless you still have the box and the original receipt - despite the fact that when you register the product for warranty you give them that information. When I tried to contact them about it they just keep sending the same automated message saying I need to send receipt and a number from the original box. It's very frustrating because I took the necessary steps to register it with that information already. To be expected to hold on to a box and receipt you've already uploaded is completely unfair. Don't buy from them, you'll be luck with an expensive broken cable and no recourse.
