An email with a tracking number should be sent to when the order is shipped, I assume I can get if I go to the site but you guys should be sending an email also the four to five days that's supposed to take to get here is always been way off the last couple times it's been more like 8 to 10 days. I might have to go back to another retailer that sends out emails with the tracking number because I don't like stress and wondering where my cigarettes are and wondering if they're going to be here on time before I run out. I have also found some of the curtains seem to be starting to dry out, and the heater keeps falling off because it's so dry never mind the cigarettes that lose half the tobacco out of them. You guys need more of a climate controlled storage room with humidity around 60%, like a humidor would.

I've been ordering smokes from your store ( play fare's full ) for months now and even recommended your store to a few people . . . BUT the last two orders I got ( 6 cartons in total ) were less than enjoyable . . . the cartons I used to get, were wrapped in celphane and the packs had a bright, light yellow dream catcher, with a white and black feather on the pack, the ones I've gotten in my last two orders, the cartons ( not the packs ) aren't wrapped and have an orange dream catcher with a grey and white feather . . . they're still kind of smokeable, but much less enjoyable . . . I will order, ONE more time and if I get the the same cartons, I've gotten in my last two orders, then it WILL be my last order.
