Great product and great customer service. Only thing I think could use some improvement is the processing and shipping time. If I am paying for 2 day shipping, I assume that means that I should get the deliver within 3-4 days after placing the order, giving time to process it. Instead both times I have placed orders the processing took around 10 day before the product was even shipped.
