Total scam, doesn’t do a thing it’s claimed to.
Offered a refund if I sent it back to China, unopened & at my expense. How can it be unopened, you have to try it.
Also offered a 30% refund & I could keep it, what’s the point of that if it doesn’t work.
Started a section 75 chargeback with my credit card company.

Advertised as plug into tv via hdmi and playThis doesn’t work
instructions such tiny writing i had to take a photo of each page then enlarge- instructions didn’t match the hardware. I don’t have a lapto or compatible phone so useless
like others ordered before looking at review

I bought 3 to use at home and in my static caravan freeview

Like others option to return at my expense with no guarantee of a refund

Its a total scam, they advertised that you can watch all channels from this device for free, but it is actually a mirroring device hence the ad is misleading. Do not buy unless you want to lose money.

Deceiving on shipping and delivery and now refund just gone missing no reply nothing

Advert was completely misleading. Smart tv was useless.My emails to this firm are being returned as cannot be delivered. Scam company should be shut down, if anyone can find them.

Order was placed by mistake, so I ask for the transaction to be cancelled & a FULL REFUND sent back
I received 1 email reply that it has been passed onto the relevant team to investigate .
The money was pending in our account, then approx 6hrs later, the money was taken out of our account
They totally ignored my other emails about the matter & now I'm not sure if I'm going to be compensated

Despite the many negative reviews I’m going to buck the trend, I ordered 3 smart TV devices for my apartment in Thailand, only to be advised that any such device is illegal to use here in Thailand, these and similar devices were made illegal back in 2017. I contacted their customer services and 4 days later my account was credited with a refund! Yet everyone here seems to be posting negative reviews, claiming this is a scam company. I can only speak as i find, and that is they did exactly what they said they would do, cancelled my order and refunded the monies that I’d paid! Excellent customer services and a fast resolve, thank you Native Discount

Scam all day long don't order from them ,

Picture the scene, it was a slow night on TV, only repeat after repeat, when I read an advert in my online Daily Mail about energy smart plugs. Having some knowledge about these plugs and the advert was in a major newspaper, I went ahead with the purchase. It was only a few minutes after the purchase on my credit card, that I realised I had forgotten my unwritten rule: always first read the reviews. To my horror virtually all reviews were negative about Native Discount, including a few of their smart energy plugs: these stated that the plugs did not work. I did however find 2 5 star reviews, which complemented Alice for quickly organising refunds of monies paid to the company. I therefore emailed ND, cancelled my order and requested a refund. Alice replied that this was in hand, but eventually it was Mastercard who informed me that my credit card had been refunded. I would certainly give Mastercard 5 stars, as they were so helpful throughout but would never go back to ND for any of their wide range of electrical goods. Alice, nevertheless deserves a thank you.

Do NOT touch. A completely dishonest company who do not provide any return or correspondence address. Save your cash. Total scam.
Does anyone know their UK address by the way. Would love to know.

I completed a purchase for €79.00 and they changed me nearly €100.00 my card company is investigating but I am out of pocket

They are now claiming they refunded €79.00 they deducted stg£79.00, at the time of the transaction it was €92.30 + charges for foreign currency.
Had to report fraud and CCard co have fully refunded me and will recover costs from these thieves

Smart TV plug in came but didn't work at all. Bizarre exchange with their customer services, its still going on. I just keep telling her to stop pretending and admit she is a scamming thief. Seems to have hit a nerve. But basically avoid at all costs

I bought Smart TV from native discount.The product description doesn’t match what I read In their advertisement.This product is useless and doesn’t not work. When I contacted them,they sent me further instructions to setup. I am really disappointed and would never recommend this company to buy anything.

Totally misled about the product. What arrived after a protected interval was useless. They offered me 30% refund but that hasn't happened. Do not buy from this cowboy outfit!
