Avoid this company for getting a loan…
Avoid this company for getting a loan was starting up as a driving instructor said they can fund the business provided a strong guarantor with a high credit score and over £150000 equity in a house which is not even 15% of the loan amount had me on edge waiting no response from anyone and no contact after passed to underwriters had to sort a loan out elsewhere luckily got sorted last minute and the other company funded the business there is other options where I was treated much with much better service care and got everything sorted a lot more quickly rather than being left waiting alone in the dark the other company was aloof better to communicate with and much more speedy would not recommend to any friends family or even other members of the public or businesses especially if you’re trying to sort things out quickly wasted a lot of my time as I was working and sorting things out for my future business just because they say they fund your business don’t rely on them keep other options open so you can get sorted out elsewhere as this company does not fund the business even if you have a strong guarantor the loan amount that I needed was only £16495 for the business vehicle and this was not even offered or spoken about after very poor customer service overall they say they fund in 24 hours or within 72hours if guarantor or underwriter part sorted I was accepted on the 16th of July and no response even still now we’re on 27th July after sorting my application with the new company requested to close application on the 25th of July but still not even a response or acknowledgement had to chase things up myself even with my busy life with the other company everything was done for me nationwide finance left me stressed for abit untill the other company took me out the dark all timeline emails and calls documented for the review to help other customers not have there time wasted
