Kay Burridge was a great help with the electricity bill when we changed suppliers it would have been a massive headache for me to sort out but she did it and even got me a £100.00 back for my inconvenience when they were going to send bailiffs round for non payment when I had already paid. I cannot put a specific date but i know it was around mid Jan.

We used these for the first time for a pub transition. We were appointed Rowan who was fantastic. He guided us throughout moving all utilities over and advising us of the best suppliers, not only on rates but on there terms and conditions. I would definitely recommend them and will be using Rowans services in the future

I had a call out of the blue from
Scottish power saying that did I accept my tariff going up 22 % very aggressive followed by a repetitive mobile number saying I needed to sort it now .
So I was put in touch with Jason I did meter readings, sent bills over and in a couple of weeks this man with the help of Vicky has helped me get a new tariff with Scottish power my contract ran out April 2025 it plainly said on my bill and my app
These 2 people have proven that Scottish power did not apply the new tariff and I have been paying the higher tariff
2 weeks ago I was in debt and today I am in credit and my direct debit is nearly £700 less per month

I have a consultant called Mark and we ended up in a really bad situation with our electric supplier and this guy never stopped till it was resolved

There could be flamboyant ways of making this companies service but the essence says it all. As a business they save you countless hours in trying to sort out a minefield of lies and promises from different companies, they care for your business in ways that makes it feel that they are part of your team. We were in difficulties with a gas company that gave us us a poor service and without telling us closed our accounts. I spoke to Nationwide Energy Consultants Utilities and the woman Renewals Advisor was very understanding and helpful even when a new contract was not in view. She was knowledgeable and was further very helpful and also arranged for two new contracts with a different supplier. Highly recommended.

I have used Nationwide previously so called again to see if they could help with a decent price cap . Spoke to Jamie McKay and he literally did everything for me , even all the difficult stuff and talked me through the process. Can’t recommend him enough.

We just took over a new site and I had made the mistake of speaking directly to an Energy Broker who wanted to sign me up on a high rate and for a lengthy term. I made contact with Rowan, who I was recommended to use, after I had signed a deal. He immediately gave me the best advice to cancel the contract and came to visit me the next day!
