Got a letter, was a bit on the fence but thought I’d give a call anyway. Came through to gentlemen called Malo. Explained the process, was upfront and honest. I appreciate that, nowadays things are all over the place. The service was of more use than I’d found anywhere else. Simple, can’t fault.
