I had an excellent experience. The process was straightforward, and the team was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. They provided clear guidance every step of the way.
They do really well with help. Their customer service helped today (Sunday) morning immediately after emailing, I got a response back with answers. I expected a response back in a few days.
Fast emailed delivery of my gun trust docs. They actually reviewed my trust and gave me the a-okay to get it notarized and proceed with the form 1 process. I was able to bounce some questions off of them for free too.
Company says it offers a completed product, but after payment only puts your name on a generic template. You have to print the trust/documents and have them notarized, then rescan. They offer notarization after the fact for double the cost of the trust. Nowhere is this obviously advertised on the site. Highly recommend using a different company for any NFA paperwork. Many offer a complete package at a similar cost. This site is an absolute racket.
