Does the name "Brock Churchill" sound familiar?? This is the name that the one and only"Zac Cole" aka "Wolf Brock Cameron" used to scam New Zealanders

ZERO STARS PLEASE - GO BUY FROM HARVEY NORMAN INSTEAD!

Zac and Gina Cole are a disease that just never goes away. They are compulsively deceptive and professional con-men.
Everything portrayed in the media is genuine.
Every single negative review you see here is the truth.
They both trade and use multiple names and persona's and have finally been caught out. Their business National Furniture Australia IS a confirmed SCAM!
Shame on you both and every family member that condones and are accomplices to your unethical behaviour. And furthermore, shame on the Australian legal system, the ACCC, scam watch and every Government body who allows these two criminals to continue to trade without an investigation.
I can not sleep at night knowing as long as these two imbeciles are out on the streets with an active website and sprucing their Chinese made furniture on marketplace, I can rest easy knowing that everyone who sees this review could mean one less person losing money.
Yes, I was one of the fortunate people who got my money back, but it was without fail the same experience I had just like everyone else.
No delivery of furniture for 6 months, constant excuses, time wasting and promised refunds that never came.
Zac tried to deflect so many times to the lowest extent including harassing my friend whose a lawyer at a lame attempt to commit ME of fraud.
He also threatened to call my place of work, to complain about me for harassment.
The only reason I got my money returned to me was because I gave him a taste of his own medicine.
Zac and Gina, this many people are not "after you" based on coincidence, or because they are bored and have nothing better to do.
Don't flatter yourselves - people don't randomly target small businesses for no reason.
You DO NOT get to play victim in this scenario!
You enjoy stealing people's money because you love the attention. And sorry, but no amount of pre-written Chat GPT social media posts will ever be able to change your public image.
Here's an idea for you though - if the company actually spent half of their time actually delivering furniture, instead of sitting all day behind the computer writing fake good reviews, shock horror - the business would be profitable.
Furthermore, Congratulations on the A Current Affair Segment! the whole of Australia now know who you really are.
One sided media attention you reckon? Please spare us the pity party, you're just upset you got caught. Learn some respect and do the right thing, pay back the people you owe and disappear.

National furniture

National furniture - Zac and Gina were great when we looking for furniture for our house under construction. We bought the furniture for our dining and living area - buffett, dining table, bar stools and coffee table initially. It turned up for us when we moved into the house promptly when we moved in. We bought 3 beds with mattresses and bases which were great price and quality with branded 10 year warranty which were delivered promptly too. I would do business with them again definitely. I think the Current Affair representation of this firm is so negative and one sided. I feel the news journalism quality of Nine network is extremely poor including Current Affair and the investigations in partnership with ABC into Australian soldiers in wartime scenarios is really a disgrace to Australia. The media in free to air networks is so out of touch, sensational, one-sided due to lack of all the facts and marginalising which needs to be investigated. Big issue is that as the advertising revenues decline, the commercial networks are dependent on industries on onlinr gambling for example. I am personally watching less free-to-air tv and moved to streaming of tv shows and movies.

SAGA OF THE MISSING SOFA

My wife saw an ad on Facebook for a sofa Zac Cole was selling. Everything sounded ok so we paid $2K plus delivery. That’s when the problems started.
Delivery was promised multiple times, never arrived, Zac said he would find out why, never did.
Long story short, the sofa may or may not have existed, Zac was rude and abusive, he offered a refund and we accepted, that was like the sofa - never arrived even after we went to his Beenleigh store and watched as he and his wife (I assume) processed the refund in front of us. We were told to wait a few hours for the payment to hit our bank. Never happened, so I can only conclude they were being deliberately deceptive.
My wife put a poor review on his site and Zac threatened to sue us for defamation, as he seems to have threatened others. And yes Zac, this is a real review by a real customer, just look up our surname.
Can this business be trusted is the question?
We will gladly accept a REAL refund and put this whole sorry saga behind us.

Unethical and disgraceful

I have been extremely patient for the past 11 months, but I cant have any other person have to endure what I have had to. National Furniture has consistently made empty promises regarding my refund, failed to provide any clear or honest answers, and have shown absolutely no integrity throughout this process.

I’ve been told multiple times that payment was processed – even receiving internal emails supposedly confirming it – yet no funds have ever reached me. Every week it’s a new excuse, more delays, or complete silence.

Now, my emails are bouncing back, the owner ignores all phone calls and text messages, and no one responds on Facebook. It’s become clear that they are deliberately avoiding accountability.

From reviews and word of mouth, there are numerous customers experiencing the same unethical, evasive, and disrespectful behaviour. This is not a legitimate or trustworthy business, and I urge everyone to stay far away from National Furniture.

Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration.

Company not bona fide.

Zero stars. My experience with National Furniture has been exactly the same as previous bad reviews.
I ordered a tv console 5 weeks ago which was in stock (I was told) A delivery was arranged including date and time. I requested freight and tracking details to be emailed to me. Was told there wasn’t any because they were using their own truck. I waited all day and delivery van failed to show up. No notification regarding failed delivery afterwards.
The company refuses to put anything in writing by emailing, despite repeated requests to only communicate with me by email with delivery arrangements. Persists in only ringing me. I refuse to have verbal discussions as I believe it’s so that there’s no trace of what’s said.
If I had seen the channel 7 story on them and the fact that they had been reported to Department of Fair Trading in Qld I would never have placed an online order with them.
Zac will tell you that the customer is at fault but don’t believe it.
I no longer expect to get my tv console delivered as this company is not bona fide, is dishonest and should not be allowed to trade. What they’re doing to customers is stealing, plain and simple.
By the way, does anyone know the address of their actual showroom in Capalaba? It is conspicuous by its absence on their website!

DO NOT USE!

National Furniture is the worst company ever! What should have been a simple business transaction turned into a whole saga of lies and deception. Do your research first people before dealing with them to avoid your hard earned money being taken from you with no return.

BUYER BEWARE - Do not buy!

BUYER BEWARE - do not buy from National Furniture, Zac or Gina Cole, purchased couch and ottoman 25/5, only couch was delivered, they forgot ottoman apparently, said they would deliver the next day, still waiting, almost every day they say they will deliver and every day it's a new excuse! They like to remind me it's only an ottoman! And I am writing this nicely! I'm sure Zac will respond and make up more lies but please do not buy from them, you will regret it like I and many others, I wish I had read the courier mail article and watched the 7 News story before I brought ☹️

Gina Cole is a pathological liar

Gina Cole needs to stay off the Internet and keep her trap shut! Gets onto gold coast girls in business and tells little fantasy stories about how customers "literally" cancel before delivery!!! Wait a minute I thought there was a recall on the foam??? That's the story we received, how can one person tell so many lies and believe their own crap?? As for "customer service" it's NOT appropriate to swear at people including the "c" word and telling people to p@$ off!! And yes we have proof and plenty of it!!! I actually feel sorry for you that you are obviously incapable of telling the truth and you believe your own lies!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Why is ZERO STARS not an option? Very deceiving just like this company!!!
BUYERS BEWARE...DO NOT FALL INTO THIS COMPANY'S TRAP AND BARGAINS.
I placed an order and paid in full for furniture that was never delivered. Like so many others, I was strung along with phony “delivery attempts,” unprofessional emails, and outright refusal to issue a refund.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware!
I placed an order and paid in full for furniture that was never delivered. Like the experience of many other customers, I experienced fake attempted deliveries, unprofessional correspondence, and resistance in providing me a refund for goods that were never received.

It has become clear that this company attempted to scam me by taking payment without any intention of fulfilling the order.

If you’re considering doing business with them, I urge you to think twice. There are many reputable furniture companies out there—this is not one of them.

0/5 stars.

Hi Lisa MacLeod,

We’re sorry to hear how frustrated and disappointed you’ve felt throughout this process — it was never our intention for things to reach this point. Your experience does not reflect the level of service we aim to deliver.

While your original delivery was scheduled for mid-February, we unfortunately experienced a high volume of dispatches during that period and contacted you to arrange an alternative date. At that point, you advised that you had purchased furniture elsewhere and requested a refund.

We want to clarify that your order was a special-order item that had already arrived and was ready for immediate delivery. Despite our offer to deliver it without further delay, we understand you no longer wished to proceed. We respect your decision and are in the process of finalising your refund to your nominated account.

We’d also like to address the claim about the $500 — this was never offered as a “payment” to remove a review, but as a goodwill gesture toward the total refund amount. This was actually a request you made to us. We regret that this may have been misunderstood.

We genuinely appreciate your early support and are working to resolve this promptly so that we can all move forward.

Kind regards,
National Furniture

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY it…

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY it is honestly a joke. I am still waiting for our new lounge to be delivered after promised delivery dates only to be told yesterday from his apparent wife that goes by Gina that they had the wrong colour which now I believe is an absolute lie. We have already given our lounges away waiting on arrival. I don’t understand how these two people can sleep at night causing so much upset and stress for people. Tomorrow I am contacting accc and taking this further.

Hi Kellie,

Thank you for your feedback — we're sorry to hear that you were initially disappointed, and we absolutely understand how stressful delays can feel when you're waiting on a major item like a lounge. It was unfortunate that originally, the lighter colour had been dispatched from our warehouse, however, we did resolve that and have the correct colour delivered to you within 3 days and we offer our most sincerest of apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

That said, we’re pleased to confirm that your lounge has now been delivered, and we hope that you’re happy with the final product.

Just to clarify for others reading: your order was delivered within three weeks, which is within our normal timeframe — especially considering your location is nearly three hours from our dispatch point, which understandably required a bit of extra coordination on our end.

We always aim to communicate clearly and deliver as promptly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience. If there’s anything else you need, we’re always happy to help.

Kind regards,
National Furniture

I stumbled across the Courier Mail article about them, thank goodness. I had a coffee table in my cart and was ready to check out on National Furniture's website, but I'm so glad I was waiting til payday! I think I just dodged a scam.

National furniture - Zac and Gina Cole

This company has had our money since December 2024, after continuous correspondence via phone message, fb messenger, and email and numerous promise dates for delivery we still don’t have our cabinet. I am only giving one star as I am unable to give none.
Since my original review weeks ago, National furniture contacted us, several times with requests to take this review down, offered us $500 non existent dollars to take down the review, and we refused, Zac Cole said it was a condition of delivery, we refused repeatedly, received the cabinet today 11 April 2025.

Hi Layle Pavia,

We want to begin by sincerely apologising for the extended delay with your order and the frustration it caused. You are absolutely right — this was not handled to our usual standard, and we take full responsibility for the inconvenience you experienced.

We did reach out after your review was posted to try and make things right, including offering a $500 goodwill payment as a gesture of apology. While this was declined, we respect your decision and appreciate that you were open in your communication throughout. To clarify, while we did politely request that the review be reconsidered if compensation was accepted.

We’re pleased that your cabinet was delivered on 11 April and we hope you’re happy with the final product. While we can’t undo the delays, we genuinely hope the quality of the piece brings lasting value to your home.

Thank you again for your feedback — it's helped us identify areas where we need to improve, and we’re committed to doing better.

Kind regards,
National Furniture
