We contacted National Floors Direct after getting a quote from another major outlet for installation of carpets in two rooms.
Their representative scheduled a visit for the site survey. They showed up at the exact time scheduled and spent an hour explaining their product and the superior warranty. They measured the rooms and, true to their word, and presented us with a quote that was 15% lower than our original estimate. The installer arrived on time…installed our carpets…invited me to inspect the work and cleaned up the area before leaving.
I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

George promptly arrived for the appointment and had samples ready to view. He described and explained each type of product and answered every question I had. Very professional service and worked with my budget. The installation was scheduled and the installation team was excellent - very pleasant from start to finish.

everything went smooth on installing my new floors, they look great, he kept the rooms clean and kept at it till the job was done. i liked it enough to set up for another flooring job at my house the end of june

I am very happy with my experience using National Floors Direct for my flooring project. From my free home estimate with sales rep Ryan through the actual installation, everything was great! Ryan was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Provided several floor samples for my choosing and took the time to listen to my wants and needs. The installation team was on time and worked all day to make sure my floors were finished in that time. They came out more beautiful than I originally even thought!

From the measurements to the installation very happy with the professionalism that I received throughout the whole entire plan. Now my next experience with your company will be having three bedrooms carpeted and linoleum put in the kitchen and installed.
