Honestly so helpful and an absolute saviour. I was so stressed and Jaguar were no help at all. Was able to talk me through my problem and get to the root cause of the problem over the phone! Can’t thank him enough! Will without a doubt use again if I ever have any other key fob issues.

Keys cut & working to perfection…
Quick, friendly and amazingly effective response to my request for duplicate keys (one each electronic for day-to-day use & metal for use if the battery of the electronic one fails) for a newly-acquired 2010 Freelander. Quinton arrived at my home within a couple of days and, on-site, programmed an electronic spare then cut a new metal key… both of which work as if they’d been supplied by JLR when the car was new. Highly recommended…

Fantastic service
