Would have left no stars but you had to put one, please avoid they tell you that's there is so much wrong with your van and offer £500 for a 2011 van. From the beginning had the feeling that we were being conned and we were, so we refused their offer had someone else come to look at the van the following day did all the same checks and didn't find any major problems like we had been told, and gave us a good offer.
Just a total con.we are vulnerable as my partner is very poorly with Parkinson's and Vascular Dementia. So we needed to sell and they took advantage of that. I was stressed at the time and I guess they used that to their advantage. Sad. We lost a lot of money. 😡
