My experience with National Business Capital was extremely negative and financially harmful to my business. I was advised to take a short-term “bridge loan” with the understanding that it would be followed by an SBA loan once the bridge was secured and performance was shown. That SBA loan never materialized.

Instead, I was placed into a high-cost weekly repayment product that immediately strained operations. The true cash flow impact of those large weekly withdrawals was not clearly explained upfront. Once repayment began, it became obvious that the structure severely restricted working capital.

As a direct result of how aggressive the weekly payments were, I eventually had to refinance the loan just to keep my business afloat. What was sold as a temporary bridge became a long-term financial burden.

After funding, communication dropped off significantly, and any follow-through on the promised SBA financing disappeared. In hindsight, the bridge loan felt like a setup to funnel me into expensive short-term money, not a real path to affordable capital.

I strongly urge business owners to get everything in writing, fully understand weekly repayment structures, and consult an independent financial professional before working with National Business Capital.
