Do not use. I deposited a few times about 5 days ago. Three times my £20 deposit said pending but didn't credit. They emailed to say my deposits were unsuccessful and to try again. I wrote to live chat and they said the payments failed so any money coming out of my bank would go back there, 12 hours later £60 credited to this site not bk to my bank and I'd already managed to deposit on the understanding these would go to my bank

I was told , after trying to.withdraw the £60 that I had to verify my account by providing identification of name and address.
I sent a photo of my driving license back and front, my card used to deposit with the first 6 numbers visible and the last 4. I sent a mobile phone bill(wasn't accepted by them) so I sent a gas bill(all 4 pages as requested) my birth certificate , my carers card and numerous other things that they weren't interested in.
The customer care people wouldn't take my photo driving license as it was only a phone photo as DVLA are currently reviewing my license for health reasons I've explained to them I haven't actually won any money, this £60 was just the deposits that went in 12 hours too late .
They aren't going to let me take it out so just please don't use.

Absolutely scam. By a miracle I successfully fulfilled the wagering requirements on a bonus on sport and then, suddenly they blocked me placing new bets. No explanation, no reason and closed my account. Stay away!!!!!!

Hi I clearly had a winning bet home team 93 away team 83 they had on the result the opposite way round I sent them official scores from website. They still will not settle. I personally will never use them again and I encourage others to keep there money and don't use nationalbet

Stay well clear of these cowboys. I signed up and deposited £20, no ID checks needed. Got up to £240 and went to withdraw and then they ask for the ID documentation. Sent everything over and they’re still refusing to pay me out! ID checks should be requested at the time you sign up, not after depositing money! Scumbags, they probably don’t even have a gambling license. Be very careful!

Wanted to leave a review because there are lots of bad ones around verifying your account. Although I had one decline - the documents they asked for (landline phone bill/utility bill) aren't unreasonable and lots of sites ask for similar documents. I live at my parents so emailed explaining i couldn't provide what they wanted and they let me send an alternative and now my account is verified. I've found them helpful all the way so far and personally would recommend them.

You can't cash out when a vet is running, as it waits for the result / points to be awarded before it then allows you to catch out if it is in their favour!!
The withdrawal and KYC process is drawn out as long as possible so that you have to wait forever to get your funds!!!
Use mainstream bookmakers, as these set up companies which also cut around the GAM STOP software are basically scamming your money and also prying on the vulnerable.

Shocking site and embarrassing support

I have been caught out massively by this company. It does not seem legit and more fool me for using them. However I have winnings and my verification is constantly being declined so I can withdraw my funds. I feel I have been scammed and left in a stressful situation. Disgusted with myself and even more frustrated with the company and their poor customer service

This website is a huge scam in many ways.
First, they reduce the odds on all events once you log in, making winning practically impossible.
Then, to withdraw, they ask you to bet 5x the amount deposited minimum odd, which is very difficult to comply with due to the limit on amounts and the lower odds I mentioned earlier. But even after doing this, they ask for thousands of documents to withdraw and verify the account. And when you have everything verified, including a selfie video and everything else they ask for, they continue to ask for impossible documents and never pay your money.
So please, run away from this website because they are going to Steal you

Terrible company. I placed 3x£50 bets that shoukd have returned £380+.
They put my stake of £150 in my balance but said i couldnt claim or withdraw the rest until i took part in some complicated bonus scheme.
When i opted out of the bonus scheme my winnings got cancelled.
Its a scam outfit, their customer service is awful. Avoid at all costs.

they have tried to make a new page to hide all the 1* reviews, if you go to nationalbets trust pilot rather than this one you will see the real reviews, but they have changed the name to 'royalfortune'

they will ask for KYC doc after doc after doc until you have nothing left to send, this is all so they can refuse to pay you out.

Fraudulent website that has no intention on paying your winnings. I provided all my identification for verification and am now being asked for apostilled poa. I was also blocked from placing sports bets . Don't use this site . All I can do now is warn others! Update. Account registration details sent but no response 😕
