I won £700 a month ago and still haven’t received it
I won £700 and after already passing verification (and withdrawing £250 previously), the site started asking for ridiculous documents, including an apostilled utility bill — even after I explained that I rent and have no bills in my name.
Their support has dragged this out for nearly a month with vague responses and no clear reason for rejecting my documents. This seems like a deliberate attempt to stall or avoid paying.
Worse, since signing up, I’ve received spam from other betting sites quoting my name, which makes me seriously question how they handle personal data. This is unacceptable.
Based on my experience and many other reviews, this company appears to be unlicensed for UK players, and should be avoided. I’ve submitted a complaint through Casino Guru and will be reporting them to the ICO for data misuse.
Please be careful — this site looks professional, but once you try to withdraw anything meaningful, they make it nearly impossible.
