good afternoon, i've been meaning to write this review for a while: a few months ago i was at my witts end up to debt. i rang national advice and got put through to Mike (paterson), this guy - where do i start... he took the time out and explained question after question i was asking, was like finding a needle in a haystack with my questions but he answered them all, aswell as this Mike was available at any given hour even before i agreed to go into debt management, we must have spent hours on the phone and basic communications even after i had finished with him - he still gave me further advice!
without him i dont know if i would have been able to sort my situation out. i really do hope national advice have a progression scheme because this gentleman deserves to be at the top, an experienced, polite and well rounded genuine guy.
i can not thank him enough
