Please be very careful. I feel I was tricked into this account. I bought a bus ticket online and later I received an email that I have a discount on my next trip but in order to redeem it I need to sign up - now I believe it was my foolishness to believe I would get a discount.
Unfortunately, 15 pounds has been taken out of my account and looking at other reviews now I am not the only one. Very sad that people get tricked this way. I have written an email to cancel my account immediately.

If you want us to investigate your complaint and provide you full details on how and when you signed up for NX Rewards and agreed to the T&CS, please provide us with either your membership number or email address so we can identify your record. You can do so by sending an email to contact@nxrewards.com or by responding to the message we sent to you a few days ago via Trustpilot.

The centre's hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.
