My over all experience with Naresun team has been great. There was a bit of a problem with my order as it was short one bottle. I emailed them right away and they responded immediately and sent me another bottle, no questions asked.

Tracking needs to be more informative.
The order arrived within a week. There was no tracking information available for the first 4 days which was a concern.
Better tracking information would be an improvement.
