scam scam please can you send me my order i order on 27 october since now i didn,t receive yet my order even to have access to they email plz send me my order

I ordered a corduroy jacket & it showed up in about two weeks. Looks like the pic. Yes, I'm a real person. All the negative reviews had made me nervous after I hadn't received the jacket in a week and a half & looked them up... but lo & behold! It was legit!

This is a horrible fake ass site, do not send these people your money. I canceled my order long before it was sent out they say they already sent my things and has not and will not refund my money, that phone number is fake no one ever ever ever answered. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

This is complete scam, I ordered a shirt and it was nothing like what I saw in the picture when I received it, when I emailed them to let them know, they answered me to tell me that I can get a credit on my next purchase if I choose to keep the shirt which they really think that I will keep or sent it back to get a refund. I said heck no why would I keep a trash shirt like that, so I sent them the shirt back, they kept asking me to send them pictures of the return receipt and I kept on sending it to them but they never give me back my money, everytime they email me it is always the same question, do I want my money back... I keep saying yes give me my freaking money back, but they are playing a game with people. I wish I could take some legal action against those mother f>.., I still have all the emails. DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY ON NAPOLIANO, IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

I wish I could give negative stars. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! 4 weeks no communication no shirt. Then out of thin air after I email them they got the ball rolling on just getting me a shipping tag but said I need to wait 14-21 business days to receive a shirt.... TWO MONTHS TO RECEIVE A SINGLE ITEM!!! Then they state the ticket is completed with still my money in their pocket and lord knows where my shirt is. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... SCAMMERS... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will review and write again after product is received around Christmas time and more than likely return because they do NOT deserve a single cent from any customer... Please do NOT waste your time or money. I don't wish this company on my worst enemies.... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM!!! Nappoliano is the absolute WORST!

I bought a shirt from them that was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like what was in the picture of the one I ordered. It was like a see through blouse or something they would put on you at a Barber shop. I asked for a refund, they wanted me to send back, I did, and they are saying they never received it.

Product came completely damaged. Costumer service is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Everything came as expected. I first had an issue with the delivery address , my phone accidentally put in the wrong address but I contacted the company right away and it was fixed by the next day..shirt arrived about 1 week after ordering it online.

Seen some reviews about Nappoliano being a scam site but i had no issues. Emails updates about my order came on a regular basis and tracking number came as well.

One advice if it says "slim fit" and you are borderline slim, order one size up from your regular wear.

My pair of joggers never arrived and I've been requesting help ever since. Instead they blocked me and and non of my requests go through. I even recieved emails confirming the shipment which some how than changed to saying yet to ship too them completely removing all information related to me and my order. I have emails showing all of this and I am now unable to get a hold of anyone claiming that there email doesn't exist. I ordered a jacket in the same order which arrived after 2 months. Sketchiest drop shipping website ever. Do Not Trust Them

The only thing for me was it took a month to get my shirt maybe due to covid but once it came it was on point

I received my items ordered on 04/27 on 06/04. The clothing has an awful smell, cheap value and is not the items as advertised. I will not order from this company again.

Clothes are the worst quality ever. Serious garbage and made with the cheapest cancer causing fabrics. From where else, China. Bought a jacket which I just threw in the garbage. Forget trying to get my $ back. If this post stops one person from buying, I'll have made my $ back tenfold.

Don’t order!!!!! Save yourself the time and money, don’t order from them.

First of all, it’s a drop shipping website from China, prices as if it’s good quality clothing. I ordered Linen pants as a gift 30 days before my boyfriends birthday, (which I later found they labeled them as linen but they were cotton blend, huge difference especially for $80). I noticed after 2 and a half weeks I never got a shipping number. So I did some research and realized that many people had this issue, and since I knew there was a slim chance I’d get it in time for his birthday I emailed to cancel it. Mind you, I also paid for expedited shipping. They immediately sent over a “tracking number” but it was a fake tracking number that I couldn’t get to work on any site: not Arrive, not USPS or China Post, all of which they said it was good for.
I ended up having to dispute it with my credit card company who told me they have issues with them all the time and I am not their first formal complaint. 45 days later still no package so I know they never sent it.

My package finally arrived after almost three weeks. The quality wasn't what i was expecting. But not bad..

It's a scam. I waited for a month since I ordered. I reached out to them 3 times in between and the update was that 'It was processed by the shipping company and you'd receive a tracking number'. Never received the tracking number nor the stuff I ordered. Canceled the order. Save yourself some time and money and do not buy from them!

I ordered a shirt to replace my son in law’s shirt that got ripped. It advertised that it was a cotton/poly blend. An entire month went by with no word, no nothing. I contacted them through email, they told me cuz of the illness running rampant there, that they were having bad issues with getting dyes and materials, so I told them that it was ok, I’ll wait however long it takes. I felt bad for them. It was another few weeks. It finally arrived yesterday, it is made of 100% pure acetate, the cuffs and collar have a paper like cardboard material used. The threading is all half assed, there are loose threads everywhere, the threading is all crooked, the buttons are crooked. The size is a small, not a large. The tag on it is a piece of blank black plastic. Half of the hem on the bottom of this thing isn’t even overlocked! It’s fraying loose. The pattern was suppose to be a very finite black and white design, not checkered. The one I received is HUGE black and white checkered. It could be the perfect water proof apron if it would have been constructed that way~ oh, actually, no, cuz on the poor craftsmanship! I’m so upset! What man wants to wear a plastic shirt to work!?! This was absolutely the worst disappointing experience. Do not shop PANDOOSHOP either! Biggest ripoff! Best to just make sure where your getting it from, if it’s China...DON’T! Also, please watch: Adam Ruins Everything, the episode about retail clothing! You won’t believe this crap we’ve been led to believe! /(~_~)\ i normally would never have gone this far to express my frustration with a disreputable company, but, the sad little plastic shirt just insisted I say this and warn you!

SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!! I received and email around ONE MONTH ago saying my order was on the way , the tracking number did not work so when I emailed them , they told me my order was on the way .... that was 2 WEEKS AGO ! ..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE CLEARLY IN THE BUSINESS OF CREDIT CARD FRAUD !

I have no idea about the other users experience, but all my stuff came in perfect, I mean spot on!

I ordered something that didn’t fit me as sizes are not as per u.s. standard. I returned my order and I was not refunded. The worst customer service ever.
