No hope at all!
Some “unverified” mail sent me a tracking number to locate my order but the local carrier that was finally indicated , couldn’t even identify the code or find any details according to my personal info( phone nbr, name etc).
Still no accurate info from Napaldi….
I m starting to believe it’s a total hoax!!
I received the wrong colored couch covers and their customer service team basically just brushed me off saying that I got the correct item. The customer service response time is also ridiculous. I’m still waiting for a response from them a week later. Don’t recommend this store front to anyone

I originally gave this one star because the tracking link led nowhere and my chasing emails went unanswered. All good now. Product is exactly as I hoped although delivery much slower than anticipated. Communication needs a little work!
