Product was packaged well. Bottle was wrapped and box was well insulated so no breakage would occur. Will use them again.

I received an entire case of wine i did not want. When I contacted Napa Cabs I was told I misread their statement about vintage. You live and you learn and you spend $260 on wine you don't want. Never buying from this business again

They shipped the wrong wine and when I contacted them about it I never received a response.

My order was cancelled after a week with no response to my messages or calls regarding filling the order with any other variety. I ordered 8 cases of wine with a purpose of gifting and the cancellation really made the experience challenging as I did not know it was cancelled until the week it was scheduled to be delivered.

This bottle was gifted to me when I moved into my new home 7 years ago and rested in my refrigerator since.
Just opened Feb 2025 and blew me away!
Compare it to a Napa champagne at 3X the price!

Screw caps versus cork was the only surprise. I would have preferred cork if it was available

I received a 10% discount coupon for my first purchase, but it wasn't sent to me initially. After inquiring, I finally received the coupon. However, when I tried to apply it to my order, it wasn't applied to the entire purchase. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that items with free shipping did not qualify for the discount. This experience felt unprofessional, and I will think twice before visiting your website again.

No problems, timely & smooth

I got a bottle of full bore. Kool bottle. The peanut butter, jalapeno was the worst combo i ever had the peanut butter tasted artificial and the jalapeno left a weird musty after taste that lingered. Was not enjoyable🤮. Would not recommend this for drinking. Unpalatable. Still Kool bottle i dated it and put it in the cellar. Will check in 5 years.

We ordered the whiskey mystery bundle. We had to ship it to a friend and pick it up because we can't receive it in TN. While we got the most common collection, it still was worth the money. Plus, my husband didn't have any of the 8 brands in the box. It was packaged well. And it was fun. We made a party out of it with two other couples and got people talking about it. After it was unpacked, pictures went flying to others we know who like a good bourbon. Everyone put in their two cents and agreed on the value. I know several people who are considering purchasing now. The only hang up is that we wouldn't pay that kind of money again to end up with repeats. So it will end up being a one time thing for that reason. I don't want the same box twice.

I ordered a special bottle of whiskey for a birthday present and it was so easy. The package arrived quickly, and the bottle was very safe inside. It came nicely packaged with the bag and a beautifully etched bottle and a decorative top all intact.
