We arranged for NAPA to deliver a paediatric first aid training session for our team. From our initial enquiry, Paul and Tom were patient and accommodating in finding a date that suited everyone.
They both delivered the training, making it enjoyable while sharing their extensive knowledge.

Having attended many training before, this one FREC3 was by far the best training I had, with lots of practice and as well as good knowledge why things happens from the inside of our body. The venue was very accommodating. The trainers did their best to answer all our questions and did an amazing job at explaining all in details making sure everyone understood and had good practice. I would highly recommend NAPA Medical and will looking forward to FREC4.

Great training with knowledgable, experienced and in vocation trainers. Really enjoyable FREC3 course, with a good slice of real world and s8de knowledge that complimented the core content well. Venue light, comfortable loads of space, course materials great and an extensive array of training kit that was in good shape, current, clean clearly investment has been made to make a real refreshing learning environment, rare in the modern world.

The team is very professional and approachable. The course is delivered at a good pace and includes plenty of practical scenarios.

Three of us had the pleasure of spending four days with Nathan, Paul and Tom on the FREC 3 course. Having attended several first aid courses over the years, this was by far the most relaxed, informative and practical. It covered every scenario we will hopefully never encounter, and their wealth of experience and knowledge shone through. Most importantly, they were able to share that knowledge in a way that was clear and easy to understand.

We left feeling empowered and ready to deal with whatever comes our way. Highly recommended.

NAPA Medical are a dream to work with. They are accommodating to your needs as an organisation and are flexible with arrangements. Also the pace, style and content of the actual training is fab. Having done many first aid training updates, NAPA's was bar far my favourite by making things realistic. I feel they really ensure people feel confident in their ability to be a first aider. Nathan, Paul and Tom were amazing and made all staff feel comfortable and confident throughout the training we received. They explained everything in detail and made sure everyone had the opportunity to ask questions and fully understand the information.

The feedback from the team was extremely positive. In fact, this is the first time we have all come away from first aid training feeling genuinely confident about using our first aid skills should the need arise. The training was practical, engaging and reassuring, and Nathan and Paul created a really supportive environment that helped everyone feel at ease.

No death by power point and the scenarios they put on were engaging and insightful. I'm ex army and i was switched on for what they had to teach.

The team was able to give thier real world ex when we covered a subject and how to deal with it

Overall a great course, this was a refresher course for me but i learnt a lot from Tom, Paul and Nathan and what they had to offer.

If your looking to up your med skills i would reccomend this course from NAPA.
