Bought 2 cloths ( not cloths, thin metal gauze covered in some sort of cream cleaner ) for discount price of £26 !!!! , hoping to clear a couple of minor surface scratches on my car. Happily tested it first on a scuff on the inside foot well of my car after opening the product and seeing it for the first time.
Product is abrasive and as you would expect from basically iron wool , scrapes over any scratches in an attempt to remove them , damaging everything underneath it. Removes any protecting lacquer, polish and paintwork as a result

Charged twice, product did even more damage and when clicked on their email address for any information or questions it was sent back to me saying that the email address didn’t exist. I am going to consumer affairs as soon as possible to try and stop this, it shouldn’t be allowed ! I demanded a refund but they didn’t respond. Buy another product!

An absolute scam what a rip off. I tried it on a minor scratch on my dark blue epower Nissan and the paint started to fade- I had to use a special car polish to bring back the colour - shame on you Nano Sparkle

My actual rating is zero but cannot go lower than 1 star. Confucius, he say, this product is totally useless! You have been warned, a complete rip off awaits you if you buy.

If I could, i would have given this company-5(negative five).
I purchased nanosparkle clothes online based on what I have seen in their commercials. I have MB 2015 S550 that had some minor scratches that I was looking forward to eliminating them by using this product.However, the areas where the cloth was applied became awful... The first I could not believe in the terrible damage that caused by using the cloth and was hoping that these more severe scratches will disappear, but unfortunately they did not.
Now to fix this issue will cost me $650 .
I also was overcharged with extra fees during purchasing process...
It is really scam and this company needs to be prosecuted!
We all need to report this website/company to BBB and demand an investigation!

Absolutely crap, waste of money, doesn't work at all

Total scam don't waste you money. The 90 day gareente is crap the phone number doesn't work and there is no return address to send it back. This is criminal conduct.

I ordered 2 pieces. After receiving them, I used one to remove some minor scratches in my car. It didn't remove them and worse thing it damaged the paint in my car. Horrible. They should take the responsibility for car damages..... My review is minus one.

A scam pure and simple

Used my PayPal account for payment for the x1 NanoCloth I selected, at the end selected "no thank you" to all of the ridiculous # of special offers on their website!! after payment processed I discover they've upcharged me for 1 plus 1 Nanocloths instead of $14 and change for 1 they charged me $24 and change + tax, AND I was charged for "Shipping Insurance" which I also did not select for a charge of $4.95 + tax (in addition to charges for regular shipping fee + tax)!! So, my final order charges were about $45. SCAM for sure! I've sent them a "support message" about this + filed a complaint with PayPal, but I'm probably out these extra charges. I also went on NanoCloth and wrote a very bad review related to the above and suprise suprise they filter these types of reviews and I got the "temporarily not available" message and try again (so of course my review will never be posted on their website!). DO NOT TRUST NANOSPARKLE- NOT REPUTABLE!!

Try small spots first. Your car paint might not work with this product and it can ruin your hood easyly. I trusted the advertisement and started out on different spots on my hood at the same time. Tried to get rid of some small scratches. What a mistake!
It left real marks on my hood and made it worse (my car is only 3 years old). Tried with real scratch remover an nu polish to get rid of these dull spots now, but they are still visible against the light.
On top of it: I have to deal now with their return policy, which is another nightmare. Bad experience from start to finish.

This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORSE item I've ever purchased online. Please don't be fooled by the nice web presence. The product really SUCKS! They've got their site programed to overcharge you, and it doesn't allow for changes. When you send the product back they will not provide a total refund. And, this CRAP will damage your paint. Buyer Beware!!!

WE COULD NOT GET LIGHT SCRATCHES OUT OR EVE MODERATE TO HEAVY SCRATCHES. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

It does not work and they don't give a refund. It ruined my car finish and they want to refund 63% of the full price.

Shifting charging system & it does not Work !

When I ordered buy 2, get 3 free Nano Sparkle cloths for one price, I noted another higher price than I noted on the website when I received a confirmation email. When I received the cloths, I followed the instructions completely and tried to remove a scratch on my car. There was very little, if any change in the scratch. The next day, I emailed Nano Sparkle saying I wanted to know how to return the product for a full refund minus the shipping. I received a reply the same day offering to refund 65% of my purchase price to save me the hassle of returning the product and paying expensive postage. Rather than hassling with them I said I wanted the refund immediately and would get rid of the cloths myself. I received a refund the same day and lost a total of $25+ on this deal. Don't waste your money on this useless product!

ANOTHER SCAM BY YOUTUBE THE PROMOTE MORE SCAMMERS THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY IN THE WORLD!
SO IF IT'S ON YOUTUBE IT'S A 100% S C A M !

It started off bad…deceptive tactics right off the bat as a company:

1. The website charged my account BEFORE SHOWING me the final cost including tax and shipping. A $29.94 product ended up charging my account $44.90! (I tried to stop the charge, but was unable to)

2. I inquired for a refund because the product did not remove ANY scratches. It did make the areas more shiny where the product was used. Their response for a full refund was to offer me $14.94……..out of almost $45.00.

I was willing to try the product despite the shady check out practices to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Then they responded to make it sound like they were doing ME a favor by offering me $15.

Total scam, once you place an order you can't review it or change any details. BOGOF turned out to be Buy 2 and get one free. Arrived today but looks very cheap and not surprisingly, made in China !

This product is simply an abrasive pad with some form of cutting compound. Do not use this product on your car paintwork. If you have a metallic finish it will just cut through the clear laquer. Avoid
