I read all reviews, 99.9% , 1 star reviews, so glad I did, it did look a bit suspect when they show cars with big deep scratches and dings , and this cloth was suppose to get rid of them all and it looked brand new after using this apparent cloth, so glad read the reviews and steered clear, . Obviously total SCAM, I think trading standards really needs to shut them down.

Total scam company, DONT BUY, ordered 1pkt and was charged for 5, £80.00, tried cancel within 20 minutes of order but they wouldn’t let me, said order dispatched, a lie, no info on this company only return address in Idaho, USA, would cost between £10 and £20 to return and no guarantee of a refund,

This was a nightmare! I ordered the cloths after a day I incurred charges of £21.67, £5.99 and then £38.99, I emailed to cancel the order unfortunately they didnot reply! I opened a dispute with PayPal who also contacted nanosparkle they replied to say the cloths had been shipped, I missed the delivery so I therefore couldn't refuse delivery. What a waste of postage the cloths were rubbish!

Complete scam charged me twice and way more money than it said. Should have been buy one get one free disgusting company. Haven’t even received the product complained through my PayPal account have been notified it’s on way do not even want it.

Bought 3 with 4 free advertised at £11.43 each expected to pay £34.29 charged £89.89 including postage plus insurance total taken £119.95. Contacted their support several times different excuse every time.

Be careful this is a scam I was duped into spending £65 when initially thought i spending £14:99. Website confuses you into spending far more than you want with lots buy 1 get 1 free, 50% off offers.
BE CAREFUL 🧐 . Im guessing it now be difficult to return the product

Nano sparkle cloths for cars is the worst product ever. I had tiny little scratches on my luxury sports car my car wash man who does my car washes after seeing the product he said do not use, this product will make more scratches on your car

After seeing some positive reviews and more and more and more advertisements, I used it myself. It absolutely took all the luster from the gorgeous black paint and left a big spot of lost of Paint to my shiny black driver seat door. Now I have to go to a shop and see what they can do. I don’t know if it can be buffed out this big circle of discoloration or if they have to paint the whole door over again, which is going to cost at least $1500. Do not use this product my suggestion is if you have a car that you don’t care of losing the shiny paint then that’s your choice. It has ruined my luxury black sports car.

I was duped by the price buy one get one free I paid via PayPal..on check out did not give opportunity to verify price until you check out expected to pay £14:99 plus postage..and it was supposed to get buy 1 get 1 free but that's not the case they charged me £35.. and no way of cancelling via PayPal ..WHEN YOU ORDER BE VIGILANT AND CAREFUL

Had high hopes albeit with a dash of skeptism when i bought this product. Price was not high enough (£20 approx) to deter me or to cause me to research prior to purchasing.
The product came with no proper instructions on use and it just does not work. I tried it more than once on my car. In fact I think the area I used it on on my car actually looks a little worse.
Very disappointed.

Ordered this product online. 1st screen display: order now for $17.48 and get second cloth included at no extra charge. Fwd to 2nd screen. Entered my debit card number with billing & mailing address. Fwd to 3rd screen. Assumed as when ordering prior merchandise online that I would get an outline of my charges before 4th screen of payment confirmation. However to my surprise, the 3rd screen was my PURCHASED confirmation screen with no outline prior of the added charges. Now displayed is the shipping of $5.90, insurance $6.44 ??, and tax $2.62. Total amount with product $32.44 but billed $43.48 REALLY? The Kicker here is that all the wiping while pressing hard for more than a minute on each scratch their pad did not even take any of the 5 inch surface hairline (4) scratches out or off of my silver car even with the goo on the pad being a close color match of ash grey. Nano not only got more money than I would have paid but also sent out a SUBSTANDARD product. BEWARE and have a Blessed day.

I have been contacting your Nano since February 27th 2025 it is now April 30th 2025 and no resolution to this issue. I have notified PayPal of this issue and your company's refusal to correct the issue and deliver the goods I paid for in good faith. I am also notifying the state of Washington and North Carolina Attorneys General offices and US Consumer Protection Agency to intervene in this issue and have requested that legal charges and arrests be made in connection to this blatant theft of my (a consumers) money. The company will promise everything and never follows through

Absolute crap. Doesn’t work. Waste of time & money.

Thankfully the system caught five cases of fraud for one transaction.

Beware this product will damage your vehicle. It leaves a horrible haze in the paint. Terrible customer service as well. JUNK!!!

I was looking at the nanosparkle on Amazon read the reviews they were identical go and look reported to Amazon no reply disgrace

Flat out the product does not work. Attempting to get a refund is even worse an effort as a restocking fee postage etc. virtually cover the cost of the product.

This company's videos promote a special for THREE FREE cloths which they then charge you for. They also charge $9.00 for insurance of which the USPS gives $100.00 of insurance for FREE! Then they charge you for expedited processing even though you never requested it. And on top of that they charge you for expedited shipping, even though you never asked for it!

They should be prosecuted for fraudulent price gouging! I got overcharged, and am quite unhappy!

Might be time to start a class action lawsuit against the company?

This company should be closed down and Amazon should stop selling this product. It is totally useless and does not work. One of the biggest scams to arrive on the market . Do not buy anything that Nano Sparkle produces.

This product is crap. I used it my 2024 GMC Canyon that had a scratch on the right rear panel. It didn’t remove the scratch and actually made it worse. The area around the scratch is now scuffed and dull. I used a triphene product to bring back the shine to no avail. DO NOT BUY!!!

DO NOT buy this product. I used on 2 small areas of my ruby red Toyota Highlander. It did not remove the scratches but it did remove the shine. I tried waxing the areas but that did not fix the problem. I'm furious!!! Sharon Wilson
