Blatant Dishonesty

Well, 26 quid up the creek for two cloths. They arrived today (took two weeks). Had I known they were coming from USA I wouldn't have ordered them. After reading other reviews I'm feeling too scared to use them!
I've since found exactly the same cloths on UK Ebay at £5.80 for three cloths, post free!

I too fell into this nanocloth scam

I too fell into this nanocloth scam. I ordered one (1) of them and when I received the invoice through my email they charged me for five (5) of them. Apparently they thought I would just ignore this!!?? Anyway, I called my bank and halted the order and sent the nanoscum people a delightful email. They are scam artists so please everyone just stay away from them!

I can’t believe i fell for this scam

I can’t believe i fell for this scam. The marketing looks so authentic but in reality having used the so called magic cloth you soon discover how utterly useless it is. Save your money as ordinary T-Cut based products will definitely give better results. In fact this cloth actually made the scratches more prominent! AVOID!

Avoid this product and company at all…

Avoid this product and company at all costs.
I made the mistake of buying two of these cloths based on the numerous positive reviews,, these were obviously fake !.

The cloths don't work at all and luckily i tried the cloth on an inconspicuous area. It did absolutely nothing to remove the very light scratch and only succeeded in dulling the top lacquer coat.

Absolute garbage !!.

Also stay well clear of their supposed free gift offer.

It is not free at all as they try and charge an arm and a leg in postage costs.

Avoid !!

Nano sparkle people are huge con…

Nano sparkle people are huge con merchants, I bought the cloths and processing my order I saw you could get a free gift so I ordered a credit card protector for “free”, when I got my credit card statement I saw an extra charge for the card protector, upon querying this I was told the protector was free, but there was a freight charge added for the protector ($15.75). At no stage was I advised of this and when I tried to cancel it, I was told it was already in transit. Don’t use these conmen!

magicstore

aptly named as a magicstore as they certainly make your money disappear without receiving anything for it.It appears(not the cloth unfortunately)that like most people on here i have been scammed as they have taken my money and i haven't received anything in return.I have repeatedly e-mailed them over a period which now is turning into months as to when i will receive my magic cloths. When they bother to reply its the usual promises of "looking into things for you" which never materialise because they are busy.Sorry to say but it looks like i have been SCAMMED !

My husband& I ordered the nano cloth…

My husband& I ordered the nano cloth late nov 2020. I have tried several times to get in touch, once I got an online reply who wanted me to pay another £5 to get through to another department which I declined. £50.40 has been taken out of our bank which I now see from other reviews we have no hope of getting back. We are both in our eighties on a low income and can I’ll afford to lose this amount.

Do not waste your money on this…

Do not waste your money on this product. I tried to use it and it just made the scratches on my car worse! When I emailed their customer service to address the issue, their reply was quite rude and didn't address my concerns. They told me I couldn't have a refund but I didn't even ask for one, I just wanted an explanation from them as to why their product made my scratches worse.
Do not buy this.
