This is a scam company.
You order your product but then you never get your order. They use UPS as carrier and they promise home delivery, but instead they send your item/product to a pick up place that’s very far away. On top of that your order gets shipped from some place in Poland?!?!
Then when you contact Nanolash customer service you only get a robot answer where it says - Your product is at our pick up point. Please pick it up there?!?!
I don’t have a car and I’m sure as hell won’t take a taxi or bus to pay to go get an order that was promised to my home.
I’ve ordered from a ton of other online sites and Nanolash.se is THE ONLY online shop that CAN’T DELIVER their orders.
Unless you want to drive for miles or take a bus to pick up a tiny package that should have been delivered to your home… then DON’T order from Nanolash Sweden website!
I never got my product. I’ve asked to get my money refunded but it doesn’t seem like that will happen.
I sent several emails because you can’t call them but all I get is the same message each time.
