I have been with Nanny Jobs for a good…
I have been with Nanny Jobs for a good few years and it's generally a good website for job hunting.
The only criticism I have is that if I see a job, I tend to apply to the agency, rather than on NJ, as for example, I applied for my current position through the site and heard nothing. Then I decided to apply directly to the agency and got seen.
It makes me wonder, if they really get through. Plus wth the job emails, quite a few of the positions are filled when I call the agency.
I do like the fact that it has a list of agencies and the positions advertised and also with parents.
I will stick with website as it has been helpful.

Bad for parents
A parent account costs £75. What's NOT made clear is that you have to pay this amount for EVERY JOB listed, in contrast to an agency that gets tens of job postings for a substantially lower sum of money.
Why is this a problem for a parent? Well, your ad will get the vast majority of views it's going to get in the first 24 hours after posting. After this, the literal flood of agency ads will push your ad so far down the list that the number of views will drop off a cliff.
All of the ad views and applications (the vast majority from candidates who did not meet the criteria in my case) came in the first 24 hours. After the first 24 hours, the number of ad views diminished by a factor of 20.
This is a poor experience and poor value for a parent. It might work well for agencies and nannies, but for a parent it leaves much to be desired.
