LOCATION DID NOT EXIST
I had made an appointment to store my bags, only to find out that the location didn't exist! They did give me a refund but I could not get the service that I needed.

It was the only place where I could pick up the bags on a Sunday and the bags are stored safely inside the hotel's locked room for bags. Very nice people at the reception and easy to navigate to the place from anywhere in the city. Def recommend

Easy to use app and booked within minutes. The hotel that stored our bags were friendly and professional. Would definitely use again Nannybag again. Allowed us to have a full last day out without being limited with luggage.

Dodgy marketing practices. Firstly the price they advertise is for the smallest size, a tote bag. Then a service fee is added when booking. Suddenly €3 becomes €6.
