close to terminal 1

This nannybag hotel drop location is quite close to the terminal 1 of nice airport, 5 to 10 mins walk over a bridge over the main road and to the right. It worked well for me!

Stayed at Alea

Super convenient if staying at Alea on NE 4th Street. They took excellent care of my items. Place was super cute and smelled amazing. It was a bit difficult to get an employee’s attention at first but otherwise no complaints. Would use again in Miami.

Great way to store unneeded bags

Easy website and they had me go to a hotel, near Paddington Station, to leave my luggage. The hotel personnel were very personable and helpful.

Impossible policy

I wrote my review. It was not a good review as a cat sprayed or peed on all our luggage. In response to my poor review I spent an evening back and forth with "Jayne" and now "Ylla, who both, at the end pointed out the "small print" that informed me that if I didn't contact them within 24 hours of the event I would not be compensated for my damaged luggage. BEWARE. Make sure you have a way to notify nannybag so this doesn't happen to you. In addition in all my email interactions they continued to use the wrong record number. For myself, after, several annoying "policy" emails, will never use NannyBag again.

Luggage shipping: NOT trustworthy

This concerns luggage shipping, which is not trust and at a lowest level in terms of organisation and customer service compared to their storage model.

Nannybag uses regular mail courrier and dumps responsibility fully on them without any monitoring or repair effort.

I had a suitcase sent within EU for a timeframe announced of 2-3 days and the suitcase arrived 3 weeks later, not at a rush time and only after a daily harassment to make sure they issued tracking requests. The suitcase followed a completely obscure route via Eastern Europe and would have been lost.

After it arrived with three weeks delay, when I had already left the country, the company refused to refund or absorb the additional return fee.

UPDATE: Reply below was only published to show there is some sort of action by the company. There has been none whatsoever.

I dropped my luggages to be shipped…

I dropped my luggages to be shipped from France to Spain on 28/12/2025, until 10/01/2026 they were even unable to tell me if someone picked up my luggage. I understand we were in Christmas period, but today is 27/01/2025 and I still don't know when I'm receiving them. All the steps of this experience was simply horrible.

The service is good and convenient and…

The service is good and convenient and the gentleman is friendly and helpful.
After the online reservation, just keep the QR code and show it to the shop, they will store the luggages for us. Direct and simple. Recommend!

The service at Mimos Massage Spa & Beauty Salon which is near to the bus stop No.6. It’s easy for us to carry our luggages to the bus stop and head to the airport.
