Horrible Customer Communication/No Product Received
UPDATE!! 01 July 2025
A full month later and still nothing from this company. No product, no response or acknowledgement to my multiple emails, NOTHING!!! I wish there was an option to give zero (0) stars. Extremely disappointed.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and since the initial acknowledgement that my order was received I have not heard anything from this company. I have sent numerous emails and made several phone calls living messages and still no response from them or no product. Their customer communication needs to be improved!!!!

I made an order almost a month ago now
I made an order almost a month ago now.
I had to go through a friend to get in contact with them, they do not pick up with the phone with the number on the website.
2nd time I’ve asked for a refund and just received the green tick from them on WhatsApp.
I was only told they do not have most of the products I purchased after I reached out to a third party 2 weeks later. They won’t communicate on their own.
I’ve had a terrible experience with the service.

The delivery was quick than expected thanks, but the ufa is abit smelly because of the bags the use to pack, if they can use the bags with nylon inside it will be good that way ufa will be protected. For that reason i will give 3 🌟.
