Ci dispiace che non abbia trovato il servizio SpidMail buono. Abbiamo verificato la sua posizione e non abbiamo trovato ticket di supporto da lei aperti, inoltre, verificando meglio, abbiamo visto che ha utilizzato il servizio e l'invio certificato gratuito fornito al momento dell'attivazione.
Nonostante la recensione negativa, siamo contenti che abbia utilizzato il servizio con successo.
Software is cumbersome
Software is cumbersome. Plenty of errors. Terrible UX. You should hire a product manager. You're missing the basics and thrive only because people need to subscribe to your services.

We have checked and found no record of a single video recognition attempt, in which, after a 48-second wait, an operator handled your case and issued the desired signature. Any other attempts on your part were not detected by our platform, so it is impossible for us to verify the cause, which may be related to the browser you used for the procedure.
