This is my favorite brand not only because the clothes are cute af, but also because the quality of the actual material, the quickness and efficiency with shipping, and the care that this company puts into their clients. Every order comes with cute little stickers and anytime I reach out to this company they respond quickly and are so kind. Love them <33

My package arrived after three weeks, which is fine, but I had to pay €240 for I don’t even know what for… taxes, customs, and shipping costs… I know England isn't in the EU and I'm from the EU, so it's understandable that there are costs involved, but this is really a lot.
Just so you know, be aware

MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE CLOTHING BRAND!!! probs spent like thousands here over the many years i’ve been supporting and there’s not a single purchase i regret. fast tracked shipping, extremely active and helpful social media’s and customer service, and the clothes are perfect every time. there’s only been one time where i had a slight issue with one of my zips (out of the 15+ hoodies i’ve bought from here lol) and they instantly sent me a new one, easy peasy. LOVE THEM TO PIECES!!!!!

I bought a tracksuit and it arrived quickly, they included a thank you card and some stickers which gave it a nice touch. The tracksuit was better than I could have imagined, but slightly on the bigger side. I struggled to submit an exchange due to website technicalities, so emailed the customer service team who responded within the hour sorting my problem. I cannot fault the service and will definitely be buying more from them.

Very great quality ! I will say, it was a bit pricey to be honest, but I def think one set is a staple ! It came so fast, I think 2-3 business days ? I def recommend getting at least one set ! I love it and will wear it more ! The fur is detachable too !!

Amazing customer service. I had a gift card expire after the guy who gave it to me cheated. I emailed Named Collective explaining the situation on a long shot that I'd be able to get some of it back. To my surprise, they responded the very next day and were so incredibly kind and gracious enough to issue me a new gift card!!! I am so grateful to them, I'll forever be a customer!

Good quality alt fast shipping, no problems

I've ordered 3 different sets so far (Thorns, Dreamer and Gamer) and I'm so happy with everything, I've worn them all multiple times and the amount of compliments I get is crazy! Like I honestly don't know if I've ever worn one out and not recieved atleast 1 compliment. They're active on social media too and it's honestly just such a cute brand, will absolutely be ordering more!!

i love named collective and all there jackets theyre all amazing quality, my favourites are definitely the ones with lots of rhinestones on they look absolutely beautiful ! there true to size really thick, comfy and fit amazingly my collection is slowly growing and cant wait for my next purchase!. the customer service is amazing , I just ordered and accidentally bought the wrong size i emailed right away and the next day they got straight back to me and fixed the sizing for me , no messing about , no issues, most larger brands wouldnt even do this without making it so complicated! i have been a fan for years and loved seeing this brand grow i hope it continues to grow much more !! honeslty couldnt fault them :) ❤️❤️❤️
