You have no way for those of us in the…
You have no way for those of us in the industry to upload our files. We have to contact your technical representatives, who are very nice, but it seems like there should be a way to do this through your website. Also, the quality, since your move to the U.S., has suffered. The name badges are no longer as sharp and clear as when they were manufactured in Mexico.

Ordered and months go by and the name badge never arrived. Finally received a "How did we do' email. I never received any email order confirmation, so I was actually unable to even track the thing if I wanted to. Don't do business with this company.

A member of our team will contact you shortly (within the next 24–48 hours) to resolve this and discuss options to make it right, such as sending a replacement or processing a refund. We’re actively investigating to determine what happened and to prevent it from happening again.
Garbage
Name Badges International was great. Custom Genie bought them out, and now the company is complete shit. Website does not work properly, and the name badge we received was completely wrong to what was ordered. And don't even think about getting any sort of customer service out of these guys. We order a ton of name badges throughout the year and will never even look Custom Genie's way again. Absolute garbage.

This was a reorder and it was SO FAST and EASY. I just logged in, updated names, and sent the nametags to my cart. Two weeks later they arrived, perfect.

No Quality Control
I uploaded my logo/company name to the site. My logo/company was legible according to their online "proof", but when they printed my badge, you could not read my company name--it was very noticeable. I asked for them to re-print it, but they refused to re-print and refused to refund me.
