Poor and unresponsive customer service
Poor and unresponsive customer service. Return label untraceable after dispatch. I purchased a coat in early January but returned it after 2 days in original packing using return label printed from Creenstone site. After 2 weeks, it seems there was no tracking information available. I then emailed Creenstone every day for 2 weeks with no response except an AI message saying a human would contact me. Eventually I called and the operator said she had contacted the warehouse this morning (after at least 8 daily emails) but could not refund "until the warehouse coducts an investigation". Then they will find a good solution for me. When I asked if that would be a full refund, she finally said yes but again repeated for about the 5th time that the warehouse would need to conclude their investigation before she could refund.
