Bad quality

I loved Naketano for their nice designs and high quality. I have a Sweater of them for 10 years. Still looks fabulous. Last month I bought a Trousers (Schnellbumser). It’s already rippling apart and making all the other stuff dirty in this way… I can’t believe how bad the quality got.

Terrible and waste of time

Terrible and waste of time.
I’ve ordered a hoodie (approximately 3months ago) and I contacted the seller in order to know the reason for the delay, no answer on all 3messages. Then I received a pair of Rayban glasses, they send me the wrong parcel and again no answer on costumer service.
Don’t waste your money and time with them!!!

Virtually no customer service

I really want one of the jackets. however, it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get any information on the correct size. The staff could not care and in fact seemed determined that I would not buy one-really weird, unprofessional and frankly, not very nice.

Great products, great customer service

I have ordered several times from them (4 times), cool products (very minimal and unusual) and really well made. I had once situation I had to return an item, they have a very good returning procedure with stickers sent to you with your product (you can also print them again if needed), you stick it on your parcel/packet and bring it to your post office to be send for free (works for Ireland).

POOR Service

POOR Service, quality product. Have ordered various coats and hoodies from them over the years. Quality product. I just ordered two hoodies in Large. One of them had a "Large' tag pinned to it and was in a "Large" bag. But the article was smaller and had a "Medium" tag sewn into the inside neck. So they sent the wrong size. I have sent numerous emails over the past week with only an automated response that tells me that I must pay the $25 shipping costs to return. I understand if the return is my fault, as their policy clearly says that. But THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM. I even sent a picture of the situation.

Fast and incompetent customer service!

I ordered a zipped hoodie for me (male), and even their XL sizes fits like a medium sized in any different brand.

I asked their customer service to let me know the length of their hoodies/jackets - and after 4 completely useless "automated" answers, where I asked every time "read my email and answer accordingly", did I get a human answer:

"Sorry we don't have this information".

So the company don't know their own sizes.

Don't waste your time and money.

Incompetent customer service

It was my first order at naketano.com, but it's also my last. While the products look good, their customer service is incompetent and worthless.

I didn't like the product I ordered, so I returned it (that's for free). That's when it all began....Naketano won't refund the shipping costs I paid and is only refunding me the amount of the product ordered. And it's even in their terms and regulations that they are refunding all expenses including shipping charges!! All they can answer me (English is not their best language) is "No, you can't get the shipping costs refunded.". They have never given me a clear answer on my questions and their terms and regulations. It's not even about the 4 euro's anymore, I am in my right and just want them to admit that and want my money back.

So you'd better think twice of ordering something at naketano.com, because if there's a problem, the customer service is really bad. I work at a customer service myself, and this is not how you treat complaints and your customers!!
