They never have anything in the store. You can see in the website that something is available, but when you come in, you get: “Noooo, we don’t have theeeem,” without even checking the stock. I assume sales assistants have an amazing memory and immediately know the entire inventory! AMAZING. Don’t waste your time going to the store.

Had an issue with customs
Had an issue with customs. They charged me $65 to clear the $110 sneakers I ordered. I have ordered sneakers from abroad for years and have never had a customs payment before. While it may not be Naked’s fault, please review how you are filing the customs forms. Thanks

Damaged item box and shitty customer service
I have ordered multiple times on Nakedcph and never had an issue. However, I ordered a pair of Birkenstock Boston’s during Black Friday and the box came completely damaged. I reached out to the customer service and they completely denied that it is their fault. I literally have evidence that the product box as well as the shipping box were damaged, taped and whatnot and they claimed they never tape the product box and “all their products are sold as new and checked by our dedicated team before the shipment.” Well when I added pictures to proof they did NOT send me a new product, as well as a damaged shipping box which had a hole and was taped to cover it (and then the tape was also taped against the Birkenstock product box) and they then continued to blame UPS? They told me they’d check with UPS and came back to me saying UPS never repacked the box and therefore they closed the case. What the hell? I’ve never left a bad review for anything but I’m seriously flabbergasted by their customers service. They clearly shipped a damaged item to me and claimed they didn’t.
I read several bad reviews about their customer service basically putting the blame on us customers as well as faulty items, so I won’t be purchasing from Nakedcph anymore. This is seriously ridiculous

Their customer service made a mistake they refuse to acknowledge. I sent my order to the wrong address, and their customer service, which assured me I hadn't made a mistake when I inquired, is refusing any exchange or compromise.
I strongly advise against using them and will buy my Christmas gifts anywhere but on this website.
