ITS A SCAM DO NOT SEND MONEY

We were scammed out of 100.10, he had 10 orders without any problem then some guy from Florida calls us with our order details and a different email for transfer, I reached out to them and basically was told not thier problem, I will not be ordering from them again

Naked's customer service SUCKS!!
pretty sure its farmed out to a call center out of the country.
3rd time in a row theyve been too lazy to source another logistics company during a postal strike. They wont refund orders that are just sitting in the warehouse waiting for shipping. Definitly do not plan on using again.

Garbage weed and garbage service, scammers.

We only buy edibles. The Twisted Extracts caramelts and gummies were excellent except for the blue raspberry gummies which stuck to the paper so much that I won't be getting them again. The honey oil, which came in a plastic syringe, tasted good once baked into cookies, unlike some others, but the biggest issue with it was getting the oil out of the syringe. The push end was very small and the oil just would not budge. If you have weak hands or wrists there's no point in buying it. The Ontario honey oil syringes (which are glass) are definitely easier to push out.

I used their website's live chat feature and had a not great conversation with their customer service rep. This person sounded like they didn't care at ALL about the website. I was trying to get clarification on THC and CBD amounts because the inconsistencies between product descriptions made it confusing. In this vein I was also trying to provide feedback by suggesting they unify this aspect for ease of use for the consumers. I got the impression that the feedback will go nowhere, and he seemed confused by my questions. I also had questions about check out and why they are not using the usual observed protocol in checkout where you provide your billing address to validate the card owner. They do not take billing addresses. If the site had not been recommended by a friend, I would have terminated my purchase. So customer service is poor.
The prices are good and you can get $40 off by using a friends coupon code, which also gives them a $40 credit in return (or so it says). They are very random and sound funny, i.e. "plumpequivalent" or "stripedcopy".
Delivery was as expected.

Definitely seems like site is a scam. Was recommended this site from a friend(who has clearly never ordered from here, and simply fell for the marketing & false advertising), who also told me to use 2 coupon codes. So, **all** of the $40 off codes, expire within hours, so they're a no go, and the 40% off your first purchase, which the site falsely advertises, ***DOESN'T WORK ON THE ITEMS THEY ARE PROMOTING OR HAVE ON SALE***.🎯 It's all just a misleading scam to get you to the site amd force you to buy HIGHLY OVERPRICED PRODUCT. The local dispensaries in my town, already sell oz's for $60-80, Why tf would I order a $250 oz just to use a $40 coupon?! THAT'S STILL MORE THAN $100/OZ MORE THAN I'M CURRENTLY PAYING FOR FLOWER!!!🚩🚩 This company is banking on raking it in on jacked up prices. If they're making a profit, even with a $40 off or 40% off coupon, That should be warning enough that the product is extremely marked up & overpriced. Then, if/when you choose a couple BOTTOM TIER strains,(because that's all they put on sale, is the 2 star stuff), they do not let you check out, and here's where it gets EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS; you've already created an account long before you reach checkout status, including entering a phone number, and it wants you to give the site permission to send you a code, but it won't even show the number you put on file as an option to send the code to🤦🚩🚩🚩 Literally this has the same feel as someone's Facebook that gets hacked, and sends you a request to send you a code for them to gey back into their account.🎯💯🚩🚩 Based on other reviews, it sounds almost like the site has been hacked recently, and taken over by scammers. If they're not even going to put the number you ALREADY ENTERED on the list to select, then a person cannot proceed to purchase, and all information was collected illegally.🎯 And if they don't want people to be able to proceed, then they're collecting people's personal information for nefarious reasons. Bet. This site is a total sham, utilizes false advertising to get people there, only have crap weed on sale, amd the rest is extremely overpriced & marked up, and site does not even work. HIJACKED OR SCAMMERS, 100%! DO NOT USE WITHOUT READING REVIEWS.🎯

Buds are definitely miss represented from their pics. Even the 4$$$$ was brown, tasted like dirt, no crystals, and has obviously been blasted to make concentrates. This company used to be good, but now it's gone to crap. They've lost me as a loyal customer. I do not recommend Naked Cannabis. Horrible product.

Worst experience ever.
Bought some dried flowers from them. Absolute trash.
Contacted the support and their manager basically told me off. When I told him that I would make a complaint with consumer protection, he replied with "we don't need your money, we will refund you and block your account"
Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Horrible. Weed that don't get me high. Tried multiple kinds and nothing. To go to bed it is garbage.

Something has changed over the last 6 months. Your oz could be all micro buds (they also sell micro buds advertised as such which I’ve tried at an appropriate price) your shatter may be paste, yes paste almost like rosin but don’t worry customer service will tell you that shatter is sometimes wet. Jokers
Unfortunately these guys are a joke now, a total shame because a year ago they were hands down the best in BC
Just shop Bloom instead, they aren’t great but better than Naked

Second purchase, bought near $400 (all my available money) for 4.5oz while on assistance and in severe need of it to control conditions I won't get into, on the 12th of March 2024. I got confirmation of the order at 5:15pm Atlantic time making them receiving it at 1:15pm ON THE 12TH!!!.
It is now the 15th and my package is coming on MONDAY THE 18TH!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!
Last night at 11pm Atlantic, it was still not showing Canada Post to have received anything but the confirmation of the package.
I wake today on the 15TH now, and it says Monday the 18th by end of day.
W T F????

I recently order from this company. I ordered some raw materials to make my own oil product. They tout it as materials from their finest bud but it is not. I received a bag of ground up leaves and stocks and very little actual clippings from the bud. They offered me a 25% store credit for selling me what l call a scam product. Now l find it a chore to even get the 25% credit for the worthless product they sent me. I did get some actual bud which was acceptable. They do however exaggerate their claims of the "best" its not any better or worse than the hundreds of other companies claiming the same thing. This shake product they sell is a 2 out of ten and you will not be happy. Buyer beware. I've had better results from scam companies in China who overcharge for worthless leaves and then offer 25% refund or credit so they still come out well ahead. Be careful, after my experience l don't even want their insult of a credit for the crap they sent. I don't trust them.

I have noticed once I get a return email from the associate of nakedcannabis the street address is fictious .
This is not a good business practice why would any business input a address of another place of business .Knowing full well it is not proper.
All I can say is shame.
