Terrible experience. I returned an item with tracked shipping as requested — this cost me money out of pocket. Weeks later, still no refund. Customer service keeps sending the same templated responses asking for information I already gave them, while my package apparently sits 'stuck at a pickup location.' They won't process the refund until the package is 'in their warehouse' — even with proof of valid tracking. This is a deliberate stalling tactic. Avoid this company if you value your money.

The company engages in dropshipping. Previous claims from them regarding their warehouse in France are incorrect. If you enter the track and trace code on an independent global tracker (e.g., parcelsapp.com), you will see that it comes from a warehouse in China. It is therefore not surprising that the delivery time takes a bit longer, and that the quality is somewhat negligent, along with the difficult returns process.

Terrible experience. The quality is really awful. I ordered two different sizes so I could return one of them. The return costs were extremely high. The DHL tracking confirmation showed that the package had arrived, but they keep telling me they never received anything. Money gone. What terrible service. Very disappointing.

I had a special help from Clara who resolved my issue for a wrong size and she did amazing, apart from that the lingerie is beautiful!

I really loved the lingerie — it’s incredibly comfortable, high-quality, and fits beautifully. It looks very feminine and sexy, while still feeling comfortable to wear. The material feels great on the skin, the craftsmanship is excellent, and every detail is thoughtfully made. I’d also like to mention the pleasant communication and attentive attitude. We are leaving this 1-star review as a warning to all potential customers, collaborators, influencers, and affiliates considering working with Naked Underwear.

For the past few months, we have been trying to contact the company regarding outstanding affiliate commission payments. Unfortunately, our emails have been completely ignored with no response, no update, and no attempt to resolve the issue.

The lack of communication and total silence gives the impression that there is no proper customer service or affiliate support available. From our experience, this has been very unprofessional and disappointing and a huge red flag for any potential customers!

Because of the unresolved outstanding commissions and continued ignorance of communication attempts, we cannot currently recommend working or shopping with this brand.

We are, however, happy to update or remove this review if the outstanding commissions are settled and proper communication is restored.

Good service, realistic delivery. Good return proces and communication.

I had such a great experience that i ordered a second time. When the second order came there was an issue with the size of the bra. Once I contacted them, Nicole immediately got back to me and was so responsive, respectful and efficient. It truly is a pleasure to order from

Different size was delivered but Clara did an amazing job finding a soultion for me. Items were well packaged and are good in quality as far as I can tell. My partner loves them. Service was fast and on point.

Yes, the item that you will receive is beautiful, but make no mistake, returning it if the size is not right is not the way it should be. Returning costs are high and for that reason I chose the option for a 130% credit voucher. Well what could go wrong… I sent it back, with a track and trace and I didn’t receive anything. So no refund, no voucher, not even an answer.
So be aware!!!

I questioned the size and they told me size would be fine but when I received it it was tiny and they offered me 3 options so I choose 1 but in the end nothing happened they just stopped responding.

At first the lingerie got lost in the mail, didnt receive it. But Anne did a great job with making sure i receive the lingerie. Love the colours, the size was accurate. Very happy with the service!

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered 3 sets, but only 2 arrived – and even those were in the wrong size. The third set never arrived at all, and I had to wait months and prove that I didn’t receive it before getting a refund.

On top of that, I had to pay the return shipping myself, even though the mistake was on their side (wrong items sent). Customer service was very slow and unhelpful, and I had to wait a long time to get my money back.

I am having a very frustrating experience with NAKED Underwear.

A wrong size was sent to me, and when I contacted customer service, they initially even expected me to pay the return shipping costs to France (around €20), which is quite high - I live in Germany.

The whole process is extremely slow — you have to wait weeks for the goods to arrive, and then go through multiple rounds of back and forth with customer service just to initiate a return.

Earlier this year, after returning a previous purchase, I was not offered a straightforward refund but was instead encouraged to accept a gift card, supposedly to offset high return shipping costs.

These costs themselves were unexpected, as I was not informed at the time of purchase that returns would need to be sent internationally to France — despite ordering via a German website. Only later did I realize that they would use the gift card as a reason to deny me a monetary refund if I were to return anything else.

Now, for this new return, the company is refusing a refund, claiming that orders paid with a gift card are non-refundable. This is despite their own return policy clearly stating that refund requests within the legal withdrawal period are always accepted and that vouchers are only used with customer consent.

In addition, customers are not clearly informed before purchase that returns may need to be sent abroad at significant cost, which makes the process unnecessarily burdensome.

Overall, the combination of:

wrong size delivered
long delivery times
complicated and slow customer service
expensive and unclear return logistics
steering customers toward non-refundable gift cards
and then refusing refunds

creates a very poor and, in my view, misleading customer experience.

I would not recommend ordering unless you are absolutely certain about sizing and willing to accept the risk of complicated returns.

Paid for 3 items. Only shipped 2 never aknowledged the missing one. Will be reporting this as fraud
