Ordered two shirts on Sep 25th

Ordered two shirts on Sep 25th, 2024, order number KCFJNRMDU. They took almost 2 weeks to arrive. When they finally arrived and did not fit, I returned them on the 16th of October, using Correos. I was never reimbursed for the returned shirts. Unfortunately I did not pay for return shipping with tracking, so I suppose it's partly my fault.

[Edit: Naisa followed up with me after I email them. They located the shirts, and then gave me the refund I was owed. I am now a happy customer again. I have changed this from a 1-star review to a 4-star review to reflect this. Not perfect, buy very acceptable customer service.]

Dishonest, hope department intervened

The businessman sent me a letter box telling me that half of the goods had been sent and the rest of the money was returned. As a result, there was no news and the money was not refunded. Hope that the businessman can fulfill his promise.
