Excellent
The photos on the website are completely accurate. The size and weight are listed. The delivery is super fast and they provide their own tracking info and possibility to give instructions to the delivery driver. This was my second purchase, both excellent. Perfect high quality with a very good price. The best place for carpets.

Enormous selection of fantastic rugs at reasonable prices
Excellent website with accurate photos and detailed information about the rugs I examined. The panel that remembers which ones you have examined is well designed. Their filters are encyclopedic and easy to use. Having made a choice completing the purchase was simple. Their status-of-order communication was great. The rug arrived promptly and met all the “promises” that had been made.

Extremely wide range, good prices
Extremely wide range, with great prices and constant discounts. They responded quickly to my enquiry about shipping as well. (UPS is a tiny bit inconvenient to work with, but it turned out fine.) Great web shop, if I'm looking for rugs again I'll definitely come here.

Trustworthy and quality
I bought two rugs at Nain. Pretty exciting because the first time you don’t really know if what you see is what you get. But so happy! What I received was exactly what was described on the site, delivery was quick, help desk was prompt to respond to a question. And the huge selection is fantastic! Though that does make it difficult to choose 😅
