Worst customer service EVER. I love Liz, but the customer service person(s) are probably amongst the worst I ever encountered. If you leave a review they argue with you, and if you reach out for assistance with a bad product, they argue and basically say "tough luck." They told me that the product being defective was my fault because I must have exposed it to something, even after I explained that I had just opened it. I have never had a company respond that way after they sent me a defective/old product. It was beyond frustrating and I will stop buying from them, which I did a few times since I started w gel nails. I hope it was worth tit for them to lose a client instead of replacing a crappy product. I bought their Attain products in the past due to their hypoallergenic properties but they are just garbage. They also said Akzentz products were not fully hypoallergenic but that is not true (most of the Luxio line is) and that is also subjective as it's not just monomers what give people allergies.

I absolutely love coming at Nails Hub - Zhanna and Veronika deliver the best service, they always meet you with smiles, coffee and candy! I’ve been coming at the salon since they opened and also leave with beautiful nails. They always have good ideas and recommendations for nail art and colors, and test any idea I’ve had before actually doing it. I’ve tried both shellac and gel, they always last 4 weeks. I can highly recommend Nails hub 🥳
This saloon is a blessing for me! So long time i have searched for having the perfect manicure and with NailsHub i have found it! The girls are profesional and have so much talent and experience! They also really care about the customer and do what is best for the customer! They take pride in their work and therefore have amazing results. I am extremely grateful for them! I have so much respect for all they have accomplished and the way they run their business! All the love to these 2 lovely ladies!

I got a mini pedicure + shellac here and the whole experience was very relaxing. It felt so luxurious with massage in the chairs, tea and candy. My feet feels great and look like a million bucks. Veronika and Zhanna were so sweet. Highly recommend 💖🥰
