Hello,
This is regarding order #23317, made on May 12 2025. First of all, I never got a follow-up e-mail (except for the 1st one, confirming the order), about shipping and delivery date. Since I had to move from the address where I was living and I wasn't quite sure when the order would arrive, I wrote a message via this very channel - I don't remember exactly when, probably around May 20 -, saying that, in case the order didn't arrive until May 25 (the date I left that address), if you could please cancel the order and reimburse me. I never heard back from you. Moreover, I believe the order was never delivered, since my friend who passed by my old house never found the package. Could you please get back to me and tell me what happened?

Im seriously pissed. I've ordered more than a month ago and i did not recieved any news. Only message i ever recieved was that the order was being processed.

I contacted support at naillabelixir.com, as well as other emails. Not only they did NOT answer , but i fear they BLOCKED ME. Which is upsetting, since i paid GOOD MONEY for my products.

I won't give up. I get it, sometimes delays happen. But ghosting is not a professional way of dealing with stuff. Specially when the payment was already processed.

Ordered a product and never received it. No big deal, happens all the time. Contacted the company via their website 4 times now and not once has anyone come back to me to address my query. I would avoid caution using the website direct as you have no recourse through them if they simply don't acknowledge you. Trying to claim my money back through the bank I purchased with.
