Ordered from this company 3 weeks ago, have not yet received my order. Sent numerous communications (e-mails, direct messages) and had no response. Customer service is poor and no way of cancelling my order
I ordered on October 6th and the standard shipping is 3-6 business days. I emailed them on the email confirmation to inquire if order will be mailed the beginning of the following week. No response. I emailed them several more times and no response. I messaged them on Instagram and no response. As of November 9th I email them and the email on the website info.nailexpresscollection.com no longer works and address not found. This site needs to be shut down immediately so no one else gets scammed.
I ordered a kit and it clearly states that you will receive your order within 6 business days. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I have not received my order and have not received a shipping confirmation. I messaged the company and have not received a response not them either. I have a feeling I was scammed and will have to dispute the charges because naturally they charged my credit card immediately.
