To sum up:
I find it deeply concerning that this company is now claiming it never received my emails. I sent multiple emails, all of which generated automated receipts confirming they were received by their system. I subsequently received further automated notifications stating those same emails were deleted without being opened. In that context, their claim of non-receipt is simply not credible.

It is equally misleading for them to suggest that I failed to provide required details. I was explicitly emailed by the company confirming that a refund would be issued. as I have provided above. That communication did not request any further information from me, nor did it indicate that any action was outstanding on my part. If you like I can post the whole email trail including the emails you refused to acknowledge and read.....

This situation reflects a troubling lack of transparency and accountability. Customers should be aware that written confirmations and automated receipts may later be denied, and responsibility shifted back onto the customer without justification. I would strongly caution others again before engaging with this business.

The installation process has been something of a nightmare, although I am hoping that things are stable now. I am still weighing whether the cost savings compared to a regular Adobe-direct license was worth the difficulty. 50-50 perhaps.

But I will observe that Support here is quite expert and although it may take some effort, they do get things fixed. Note: they needed direct access to my computer to make this work.

If you are not adept with software in general, or you have security concerns about a Nigerian firm having access to your computer, you will need to think about this.

When the download link didn't work, they sent another e-mail with a working link.

Quick, simple download, easy to pay and software works just fine. What else could I ask for?

I purchased Photoshop but I ran into trouble, and I reached out to the customer support and they responded swiftly. This is what matters actually Thier response and always willing to sort things out for the customers. Kudos 👏🏾

Buyer Be Wary
I Bought Adobe Dreamweaver 2021 and Adobe Illustrator 2022. Outstanding price! Following installation instructions neither product worked. After a week of chats and a few failures, I got a working version of Dreamweaver 2021. They could never get Illustrator 2022 to work so I accepted a working version of Illustrator 2021. So I spent 2-3 hours but got what I needed.

Confirmation email and key code didn't come for several hours after my first purchase (Order #33271). Not a good start.

I had a difficult time figuring out how to pay for the requested software since payment required to enter my card info. hit another button to accept the card info and then required me to input my card info. on (what looked like) another website.

I requested help and received it. The chat person was patient, courteous, and helped me through the payment process, no matter how many times I requested help with another area of the payment process. I would give them more than five stars if it were possible. Great Product and customer service. The PDF files were very easy to help me download the products. I highly recommend this company for software.

Recently bought C3D product through a seamless process.

I purchased acrobat and photoshop. The instructions for down load were clear. When I ran into a problem from adobe claiming the software was unauthorized Naijasoftwares customer support fixed that for me immediatley. I highly recommend this company
