They communicated promptly and clearly that one of the items ordered was not yet available, but would be within a few days. They gave me a choice of either a refund, or delaying delivery till the item was available.
I went for the latter option, and didn't regret it at all. The item(moinmoin leaves) came along with the other items as promised, and was quite fresh.

AMAZING SERVICE RECEIVED
I hated a crisis where I needed specifically Peak Full Cream powdered milk. This brand specifically is sold by a very online companies, not available in stores. Trust me, I tried. I phoned Naija marked and they had stock in hand. This was late afternoon. I dialed the cellphone given on the website and it was immediately answered. I was (understandably so) waaay too late for their next day delivery, but I explained my situation and said they will make a plan. It is now9:24 am and I received my parcel at 9. This tipe of service and empathy for customers is not the norm, and thank you for helping me out so quickly..
