Very inconvenient
Does not work with lot of different websites. Reciver gets money after 2-3 hours. Sometimes never sends otp. Garbage service. Same with my neighbor and relatives.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

A few days ago, I completed a cash-in and send money transaction using Nagad. Recently, I received a phone call from an individual who had accurate details about my transaction.
The caller asked for my OTP and claimed to be a Nagad agent operating in Mirpur-11. When I refused to share my OTP, he became verbally abusive.
I did not share my transaction details with anyone, which raises serious concerns about how such information was accessed.
I contacted Nagad customer care and also sent an email. However, I only received a general fraud awareness response instead of a case-specific investigation or clear explanation.
Although I did not share my OTP and no financial loss occurred, the incident highlights concerns about customer data security and the handling of such complaints.
I believe the company should:
Properly investigate reported cases instead of sending generic responses
Verify whether individuals claiming to be agents are legitimate
Improve customer complaint escalation and accountability
Digital financial services must ensure strong data protection and responsive support.
Fuc king customer support services! it's not scan? i tried 100 time to call them but failed. i fuc k nagad. i fuc k nagad
