Sincerest apologies that you have not yet received your order. Due to the Christmas rush, unfortunately there have been a lot of delays and whilst we attempt to make sure customers receive their orders in a timely manner, this also unfortunately is out of our control. We can see that your order was placed on the 10th of December and you emailed yesterday to notify us of the situation. Again sincerest apologies for the delays and inconvenience. As per our email response, we will refund your delivery charge.

Excellent service
I am really pleased with my purchase from Naelle Studio. The products arrived on time and were well packaged and presented. There is a great selection of products online and they are all reasonably priced. I will definitely order from here again.

Loved my Naelle experience
Loved my Naelle experience. The website is a dream, the packaging is amazing and pricing is competitive. I love the rewards and membership options and all the great features on the site.
I will definitely be getting all my hair and beauty stuff from here from now on.
