A deeply troubling experience — revoked without cause, no due process, and contradictory accusations
I joined the National Association of Christian Ministers with sincerity, transparency, and a fully documented ministry background. I was accepted, approved, and ordained after their Elder Council reviewed my testimony, background, and qualifications. I received two formal emails affirming my calling, approving my ordination, and welcoming me into their “official fellowship.”
Only a few weeks later, without a single warning, question, or request for clarification, my account was suddenly locked. Access was denied even though I had already paid for my credentials. When I attempted to log in, my email suddenly “no longer existed” in their system. I received no prior notice and no opportunity to address any supposed concerns.
Hours later, I received a revocation letter containing several accusations that directly contradicted the very documents they sent me when accepting me. Claims of “identity inconsistencies,” “unverifiable credentials,” “broken website,” and “misrepresentation of ministry experience” were not only false but easily disproven with academic records, online certifications, ministry history, and verifiable public platforms. They did not attempt to verify a single item before issuing their accusations.
One of the most troubling reasons they listed was my doctrinal stance on Joseph Smith, yet this position aligns exactly with NACM’s own Statement of Faith, which explicitly rejects LDS doctrine. Their stated beliefs and their stated reasons for revoking me contradict each other in writing.
In addition, all of my interaction on their platform received positive engagement from ministers, including pastors requesting to follow my work. I received no doctrinal corrections, no warnings, no flags, and no guidance of any kind. The only minor note I ever received was regarding formatting (em dashes), which I respectfully corrected immediately.
What happened next was even more concerning: after silently blocking my IP address, and believing that would stop me from logging in, my account was later erased entirely once they realized I could still access the platform through mobile data. Instead of addressing the situation, they escalated it by revoking my membership and inventing retroactive justifications.
There was no biblical process.
No Matthew 18 conversation.
No pastoral handling.
No elder communication.
No opportunity to clarify or correct.
Just instant removal and a letter full of contradictions.
This experience raises serious concerns regarding NACM’s:
• professionalism
• transparency
• doctrinal consistency
• accountability
• handling of member data
• integrity of their vetting
• ethics surrounding paid services
• and the treatment of sincere ministers
I attempted to resolve this privately and respectfully, including requesting a refund and a written explanation. I received no personal response.
I am sharing this review not out of anger, but out of concern for future applicants.
Many sincere Christians, pastors, evangelists, chaplains, and street preachers, may invest their time, trust, and finances expecting fairness, honesty, and a biblical process. My experience did not reflect those values.
My hope is that this review helps others make an informed decision and encourages NACM to adopt greater transparency, communication, and accountability in how they treat their applicants and members.
